I can not say enough nice things about Dr Browne and his staff! I brought my client in because we had heard good things about his practice and they were right!!! I had waited a long time to see if there was a possibility that a dentist might be able to help me like my smile again. I read countless ( shhhh 23) DDS reviews and kept coming back to Dr. Browne's. I took a chance and I can tell you that all of the five star reviews that you read here are absolutely, 100 percent, true! I believe that Dr. Browne really cares about his patients and also that he loves being a dentist. I really didn't think that a beautiful smile was possible for me, but Dr. Browne proved me wrong. I am so very happy to be able to smile again!! His office is impeccably clean, and his support staff is just as amazing as he is. After my first visit, I received a handwritten, personal, welcome note from Dr. Browne. I'm writing this so you don't have to spend time reading reviews for 23 different dentists. This is the one! You'll be so glad you chose Dr. Browne and you'll want to tell everyone in the Kansas City metro area, just like me.
Dr. Browne has been doing my cleanings and checkups for years and also took out my wisdom teeth. I have nothing but good things to say about this dentist. Great staff, clean environment, grade A service. Would recommend to anyone in search of a dentist.
Dr. Robert Browne never thought his summer in Hawaii at 19-years-old would lead to his future in dentistry. He didnt go to the tropicalparadise for vacation, but instead, he went to work as a dental assistant at his brother-in-laws practice,and also took classes at the University of Hawaii.
Robert went back to Kansas City, received his undergraduate degree in Biology at UMKC and then went on to UMKC School of Dentistry and graduated in 1987. He worked his way through school by selling mens clothing and also had a side business creating yard signs for birthdays and other events. He sold the business for profit after dental school, which helped him open his first practice in Brookside and in 2000 he moved to Prairie Village.
Robert has formed warm relationships with many of his patients for over 30 years and has cared for multiple generations who continue to come back. The most important thing to him is that when patients come into the office they are treated like family in a fun, friendly and stress-free environment. Many times, patients have real anxiety about a dentist visit and he and his staff will give each patient the best experience and oral care to help maintain their overall health. He will listen to each patients concerns and together they will find a treatment plan that works for them.
Robert enjoys and has years of experience mastering a variety of dental services. He handles almost all of the procedures in-house, so a patient rarely has to be referred to another office, which usually saves a lot of time and hassle in many situations.
We always look for ways to exceed patients expectations, Robert noted. If someone arrives early we will seat them early. My personal cell phone is the after-hours contact for existing and new patients. Patients may not remember what I said or what I did, but they will remember how we made them feel.
In his off time, Robert loves spending time with his other family. He has a teenaged son and adult daughter. His daughter is a registered intensive care nurse in Colorado and his son just graduated from high school in Blue Valley. He will be an empty nester come fall when his son goes off to college.

My first visit to Dr.Robert M. Brown was fantastic. While in Colorado I broke front tooth crown. My friend, who is a long time client. Called explained situation. Boom! I had a Monday morning appt. Yes unbelievable. The staff was great professional but very congenial. Dr. Brown Is patient ,, explains. Procedures and He and his assistant care about your comfort. Great work. I'm retired . 3.5 hours away. Worth the drive.

Had a tooth that had a nerve problem ! Called and They got Me in as soon as posiable and preformed a root canal ! Dr Browne and His Staff are truly profesionals and friendly ! I do reccomend You give Them a try ! Frank F.

great experience start to finish. the very friendly and helpful receptionist (her name escapes me) greeted me by name and was really transparent about costs and insurance. she worked with me to get the care I needed. Samantha was so kind and did a lot to help ease my dental anxiety. Dr browne communicated what he was doing and made me feel comfortable. I will be back!!

Switched to this dentist years ago because I kept having issues after dental work elsewhere. Everyone here does a great job and keeps me well informed on every step. Also really like the anti-numbing stuff that you get. You can actually have feeling back in 30 minutes or so, really cool.

They was amazing helping my 5 year old with an emergency extraction. They made her visit exciting and fun and was done in exceptional time! Strongly Recommend and even though we live 3+ hours away, I plan on only coming here for future dental work. Amazing and Friendly Staff. Best I've seen and been too. Thank you so much!!!

I'm so glad that I found this office. I'd been in severe pain for a week. I visited my regular dentist at Truman Lakewood twice that week, and they were unable to locate the source of the pain. I came across this office late on a Friday afternoon, and was able to schedule a visit on the coming Monday, with the intention on not only finding the source of the pain, but also performing whatever procedure necessary to remedy it. Not only was I able to schedule, but the appointment was set on a holiday. The office staff was very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Browne gave a quick prognosis and plan for treatment, (which was a root canal). The staff was very informative on payment options because really, how many people have thousands of dollars laying around, (after insurance) for a bad tooth. Dr. Browne and his assistant were great, and I'll be using him and his office for all of my dental needs moving forward. P.s., I experienced zero pain after surgery. I didn't even need the pain medication that was prescribed.

I visited Dr. Browne, 13 years ago and through a host of random events was able to end up in his dental office again today. He and his staff did an excellent job taking care of a tooth issue and being attentive to my needs. It was such a blessing as I have been battling issues with this tooth for more than 7 years. An hour at his office and the problem was solved. Thank you Dr. Browne and staff for your help ! If I could I would give them 10 stars. I will definitely be visiting again and encourage everyone to visit his practice if you want professional and excellent dental work from excellent people.
