As a dentist, I treat each person the way I would want to be treated: honestly, with integrity and compassion. I dont sell anything and Im glad to explain what is going on and help the person decide what is the right treatment for them.
Dentistry is about helping people lead healthier lives. It is also about trust, and ethics, and doing what is right for an individual. I care about the health and happiness of each of my patients, and have devoted my career to providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible dentistry.
That dedication is shared by my small team. Cindy, my assistant, is phenomenal and a joy to work with and Beverly has been my hygienist for 20 years. My wife, Andrea, helps run the front office a bit, too. There is no drama here: everyone respects each other and that translates to a stable, pleasant environment for our patients.
Like all areas of healthcare, dentistry is a constantly changing profession. Research leads to new technologies, materials, and techniques, which can change the patient experience and results. I stay current with the new information through continuing education (CE), ensuring I am offering proven, safe, and effective care.
As a member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society, I have access to numerous types of CE. Staying at the forefront of developments is part of my commitment to my profession and to my patients.
Originally from Chicago, my family and I have lived in Dover since 1991. Andrea, my wife since 1984, and I have two grown daughters, Jess and Megan. Jess is in the liquor industry and Meg is in finance.
Time with family and friends is important to me. I also enjoy being outside, hiking and skiing, and especially bicycling. Fall and winter find me mountain biking and spring and summer bring road biking.
That love of biking corresponds to my active involvement in the Pan-Mass Challenge, a charity bicycle fundraising event for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston; Ive been part of this event since 1997.

Dr. K and his staff are the best, you can't say enough good things about them. Chipped my front tooth Saturday afternoon and left a message on their machine a few minutes later. Speedy Andy called me back within 30 minutes with an appointment time for Monday. All fixed and looks better than before. Dr K, Andy, Bev and Cindy are 5 stars. They must be amazing, they put up with me!
