I'm a tough critic, but have nothing but praise for Dr. Stancil and his office. Made my root canal a breeze. Very efficient staff for whole experience. My teeth are very sensitive, but he handled the numbing so that I felt no pain. None!! Expensive but worth every penny.

I saw Dr. Stancill for a root canal (my first). Everyone from start to finish was positive and helpful! Dr. Stancill explained the procedure before we started and made sure I knew what was going on throughout. The process was efficient. I was comfortable the entire time and had no pain during the procedure. Will definitely be recommending this practice to family and friends!

I had to go have a root canal and I was not looking forward to it. The staff was awesome and made me feel comfortable and Dr. Stancil was great. I would recommend him to anyone. I told the patience coming in as I was leaving... Dr Stancill will take good care of you!

NEVER in my life did I think an Endodontist would be so marvelous! Stellar work, no pain...Man, I loved this experience. and his staff! .loved it! Beautiful and peaceful and large room w/ big windows for a great view! I'd recommend him to anybody!

Very professional and congenial staff. I was having severe tooth pain the night before and they worked with my dentist to quickly get me into the office for a root canal. Dr. Stancill and his assistant were great. They walked me through the entire process and then preformed the root canal with little to no pain. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Stancill, Maria, and Kelly were fantastic and I would recommend this practice to anyone! I was referred to them by my dentist, Dr Sykes. (He's great... recommend him highly.) I am an extremely nervous dental patient and I had a tooth that was particularly problematic. Dr. Stancill and Maria were extraordinarily patient and kind. Kelly was warm and welcoming and clearly knows her stuff regarding insurance, the length of the procedures, and appropriate aftercare. If you need a root canal, go to this practice. You won't find better care.

Additionally, Kelly (office manager) and Maria (dental hygienist) were extremely kind and considerate. They spent time educating me, after I asked what seemed like a billion questions. I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone! It is convenient, and the directions to get here were spot on. Kudos to Dr. Stancill and his entire staff. God bless, always.

Dr. Stancill was referred to me by Dr. Sykes for a root canal. I was very nervous going in due to a root canal that was done in the past. Dr. Stancill and his team was very informative and I felt no pain during the procedure! Dr. Stancill also broke everything down so I was able to understand what it would be like during the procedure and what to expect after. If you need a root canal done, you should schedule it with Dr. Stancill and his team!

Dr. Stancill actually returned my desperate call after hours one evening and then had me in the chair the very next morning. He's a pro whose foremost concern is to ease your pain and do fast, efficient work. When your tooth is aching, nothing else matters. And when that need arises, it's Dr. Stancill that I trust to fix it.

Dr. Stancill was excellent for my root canal he was very thorough in explaining the procedure and I felt *ZERO!* pain throughout the procedure. His assistant Maria, and office administrator Kelly were very kind and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Stancill if you are in need of having a root canal.

excellent experience i had my first cavity at 50 from over zealous brushing. by the time it was filled, it was already very deep, so a year and a half later, i had to have a root canal. everyone talks about how terrible they are, therefore; i was nervous. dr. stancill put me at ease by explaining everything that was going to happen and why. his injections were nothing..... as in, i felt nothing. it was amazing. he took the time to make sure i was completely numb, then went to work. he did not stop until it was done, which was about a half an hour, from start to finish. wow. didn't expect that either. there was no swelling or pain. i was back to normal as soon as the novocaine wore off. the office staff was super nice. they worked with me on a payment plan because i don't have insurance. they were wonderful all around.

**Will never return While my treatment during my visit was great, I feel like the staff at this office lacks basic communication skills and work ethic. I went in for a root canal under a veneer I had lost a couple of days prior. I was going to have the veneer replaced (because the tooth was towards the front of my mouth, therefore leaving a huge gap in my teeth until replacement), but was told it would be best to have the root canal done first. I went in to Dr. Stancill's office and he began the root canal. Mind you, I had already scheduled an appointment the following week to have my veneer replaced. After my appointment with Dr. Stancill, I was surprised that I was left with the gap still, as my understanding was a temporary cap would be placed until a permanent one was put on. But, the staff said Dr Stancill wasn't finished with my root canal and I would have to return in TWO weeks for completion. They expected me to go TWO weeks without a tooth in a very visible area of my mouth. I'm sorry but I have spent thousands of dollars on my smile and that was unacceptable to me. What's worse is when the receptionist was scheduling my return appointment (two weeks out) she realized that the Dr was on vacation that week. So, it had to be pushed out another week. I scheduled the appointment but made the receptionist aware of my surprise and displeasure in not being made aware of all of this to start with. THEN, come time for my follow up appt THREE weeks after beginning work on my tooth, the office contacted me to reschedule because the Dr had something come up. I did NOT reschedule with this dentist. This was back in August 2019. In January I received a bill for $1325 for their work. I emailed the office to question why my insurance had not been billed. I was told they would not bill my insurance since I didn't come back for the second appointment. FRUSTRATING!!! After the receptionist and I spoke for a while, I was under the impression she understood how dissatisfied I was with the practice and she said she would be happy to bill my insurance for work done thus far. Now it is May 2020 and I recently woke up to a credit alert from my monitoring app, telling me that I have a collection on my account for $1325. I called the collection agency, confused as I thought this had been handled by Dr Stancills office, and they stated the office turned my account over to them due to non payment, but they never billed my insurance and the remarks on the report was "due to national disaster." I am in the middle of buying a home and this incompetent staff, who apparently refuses to hold themselves accountable, has caused so many issues for me and my family. I have now contacted my insurance company and filed a claim myself, but due to their laziness we have had to cease our home-buying venture. I will never again use this dentist. I have contacted the dentist that referred me and made them aware of the unprofessional manner in which the office of Dr Stancill has handled my account.

First I went to see Dr. Stancill about a year and a half, but he did some adjustment and I put my mouth guard regularly, and no root canal was needed. Over time, I had to put a crown on and the pain was there and root canal became unavoidable. So I called and came in to check the tooth. And then got my first root canal treatment right there. Probably best dentist experience EVER. The doctor was calm and gentle and professional at the same time. I am usually freaking out from any tooth treatments, but this was amazingly easy and low stress. Also, the doctor said it may take 2-3 months to heal completely until I'd forget it was done. But it took only 6 days, at most, until I forgot about any tooth pain or tooth work that happened in my mouth just recently. I still don't believe it. But fact. No pain, no uncomfortable feelings. And it has been 3 weeks or more already.
