Doctor Robert Knox and staff are an excellent place to get your teeth work on as they know what they are doing and will make you feel like you were at home.

My daughter saw Dr Knox and staff for a supra-crestal fiberotomy. They were wonderful and took great care of her.

Dr. Knox himself deserves at least 5 stars. He is absolutely amazing, and was even willing to help me when he was off but I was in severe pain. That said, I was told that my claim would be filed to my insurance, but it never was, so I was not reimbursed for any out-of-pocket expense, and Dr. Knox is not cheap. (Quality is expensive, folks, and Dr. Knox is high quality.) Office staff was very friendly and very helpful, with the exception of forgetting to file my claim... Unfortunately for me, Dr. Knox is no longer with the practice that I have to go to now, because they are providers within my network and I won't have to worry about paying an arm, leg, and the rest of my body up front, only to find my claim was never submitted to my insurance. I need a TON of work done, and simply cannot afford to pay for it all upfront (without any reimbursement from my dental insurance since my claim isn't being submitted).

They told me my insurance was in network when it wasn't. I had to pay extra. When I brought it up to them they refused a refund. I asked them to make an exception and they told me they'd call me back with an answer... They never called me back. I wouldn't recommend going to them even if they are in your network. Don't go to someone who won't answer your questions correctly or call you back when they tell you they will

Awesome Awesome Awesome folks and treatment all the way. #luckytohaveyouhere I had neglected in my dental care for a few years, and with teamwork from my local dentist and including Dr Knox team I am happy to be back on track to a healthy mouth. Thank You for your work!!

From the consultation to the actual procedure, he was great. Took time with you, explain what was going to happen in the procedure and executed the actual procedure to perfection. I would definitely recommend Mr. Knox to people that need to have skin grafts, implants and other periodontics procedures.
