If I could give a review on NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. This dental office has overcharged us to the tune of $657 and keep claiming they "have to look in to it". The office lady I just spoke to named Lorriane just hung up on me and prior to that told me I was being unreasonable for questioning why we were overcharged. The claim was $1350, the dental office accepted an reduced rate of $1003, and we paid $1350 out of pocket when our insurance company said we owe $693 to the provider! This is not the first time we were overcharged by this office. My husband loves Dr. Funk, but the billing dept. is very shady and does not care about a paying customer one bit.

I am writing this review due to my high anxiety of dentist offices. I am sure there are others out there like me. But I need to share the care that I receive during each visit. Due to the care by Dr. Funk and staff I have been able to have some implants and other procedures completed right in his office. And the office is full service I don't have to go anywhere to have old teeth taken out or bone graphs done, it is all done right there in the office. For someone who had as much anxiety about dental work as I do that's all due to the staff. Marie is always there with a hot pillow, putting the music I want to hear on, and really cares about how you feel. During any procedure Dr. Funk and staff are always asking if your ok or need anything and most importantly is there any pain! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cant say enough good things about my experience from this dental office. I'm impressed and thankful to Dr. Funk and his entire staff. Fom the moment I walked in, the staff greet you. Everyone is friendly and professional. I was very anxious due to previous experiences from other dental offices. Dr. Funk and his staff ensured I felt at ease and comfortable throughout my visit. I was well informed of what to expect throughout my treatment plan during each visit. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Dr. Funk and staff for giving me back a beautiful smile!

Dr. Funk is now trained in facial rejuvenation and filler treatments. He is very sensitive to the individual patient's pain tolerance and adjusts the treatment as necessary. He has a great "down to earth" personality and I feel very comfortable going to his office. My results are fabulous. I have the lips I never had before and reduced lines on my face. Thank you Dr Funk and his staff!

Dr. Funk and his staff were absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had 3 fillings over two separate visits. Both times I was in and out within an hour, and I had absolutely no pain the next day either time. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. Looking forward to being a long-time patron. Thank you to Dr. Funk and his staff.

While Dr. Funks expertise is in dentistry he has delved into cosmetic procedures and I wanted to share my experience. For several years I've had unflattering scars on my left hand and after a brief consult with Dr. Funk he suggested Microneedling. Below is my before and after pictures, the after picture is after 2 treatments only!!!! I am so pleased with the results and I hope this information helps anyone looking to treat problem areas.

Best dental experience I ever had! Both Dr Funk and his staff are very personable and friendly and made sure I felt as comfortable as I could be there. I have never been treated this well anywhere and certainly not at any of my previous dental practices. This Dentist is very good at what he does and I can tell he likes what he does. The staff asked me what type of music I wanted in the background and I chose classic rock. Dr. funk was signing and jamming along while he worked. I had 3 fillings and two extractions done in one fairly quick appointment and on a Saturday!! Very impressive. Most of the dentist I have been to in the past would have referred the extractions out and spread out the fillings over several appointments.

This clown intentionally caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my existing dental work and when I realized what he had done and got visibly upset he accused me of having PTSD. Beware

I had a great experience - with getting an implant!! Personable and friendly staff - state of the art technology, family environment and awesome Dr. Funk and hygienists and receptionist/staff!! Thank you to entire crew!!

Horrible experience. I don't remember her name, but she was a younger gal, sitting at the front desk. She was rude, ignorant, and kept bad mouthing guests while they left the office. She kept saying homophobic things to another young lady who kept coming out everytime someone left the office. This lady also was making racial slurs, which is totally unacceptable. Will not be returning.

Dr. Funk came in on a Saturday evening to replace a temporary crown I had that fell out so I would not be toothless on Easter Sunday! I am not sure how many other dentists would do this for their patients! I trust him and appreciate that he puts his patients first. I highly recommend his practice where you are not just another patient! Hard to find a good dentist like him!! Thank you Dr. Funk for helping me out! I appreciate you and your staff!

I recently was told by another dentist that I was going to need a tooth pulled. I wanted a second opinion before I did that. So I made an appointment with Dr.Funk's office! I was so glad I went the tooth did not need to be pulled and he was able to do the root canal the same day! I've been in so much pain and today not only did he relieve that he reassured me that getting a second opinion was a great option! He now has a forever client! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

WELL I'LL START BY SAYING I AM TERRIFIED OF DENTISTS, I'M A SENIOR WITH NO DENTAL INSURANCE JUST SOCIAL SECURITY,AND IN DIRE NEED OF A DENTIST AND MY EXPERIENCE THUS FAR WITH COURTNEY WAS WONDERFUL. ALL I DID WAS SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. IN OUR CONVERSATION SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE WE WE HAD A FRIENDSHIP. HAVING SAID THAT, AS SCARED AS I AM, I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS CONSULT, WITH THE DOCTOR, AND HOPE THAT HE IS WILLING TO HELP ME. HE WAS REFERRED TO ME BY A WONDERFUL ORAL SURGEON. I highly recommend Dr. Funk! As an adult I avoided the dentist for 10 years due to anxiety and fear. Dr. Funk and his staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The staff is so nice, friendly, and personable. After my first appointment a treatment plan was created. My first appointment of dental work went smoothly. I still have more work to be done but I no longer fear walking into his office! Thank you so much for allowing me to feel more confident when I smile!
