I cant express how great Dr. Waldman is!! I have been a patient for a few years but this last experience made me realize this review is long over due. I recently had a TMJ episode that was painful and caused the alignment issues with my jaw & bite, resulting in some anxiety. Plus, due to the pandemic I currently have no dental insurance. I called and expressed my concerns and circumstances with Kelli. She listened and took an interest in my specific needs. She went above and beyond to help me out and get me in. Once in, Dr. Waldman took a personal interest in my concerns, educated me on what was happening and how I can resolve, and took all the medical steps necessary to help me leave the office feeling relieved and cared for, medically and personally. What's even better, this is the type of interaction I have had with him every time I have gone in. My husband adores this office too. I without a doubt recommend Dr. Waldman's office to anyone I know. Best dentist and staff I have ever experienced.

I've been coming to Dr. Waldman's for over 10 years with top notch dental work every time, and the only reason I'm stopping is because I've moved to another state (though that hasn't stopped some other patients, I hear). The staff is all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Dr. Waldman and his staff are the best! I've been having all my dental care at their office for about 4 years. The office is clean!! They keep the schedule. I don't wait and wait for my appointment. Dr. Rob has been my dentist for over 25 years. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend that you call him and visit his office and meet his staff too. You will be glad that you did! Jim Bourque, Concord, CA

Dr. Waldman is extremely thorough. This is more than a cleaning/checkup! He explains 'the why' regarding details about my mouth I had never heard before! Great experience. I recommend it.

It is a rare thing in this day and age to be able to say that you have a life time relationship with anyone, but that is exactly what I have had with Doctor Rob and his wife, Marci for the past 27 years that I have faithfully coming to them. Visiting them is like visiting family. I never worry about anything when I slip into their dentist chair because I know that I am in good hands. Doctor Waldman is always polite, informative without being pushy about selling me his services, does great work to keep my teeth healthy, and he always has great stories to tell. I grew up Clayton and Walnut Creek, always seeing Doctor Rob and now I make the journey from Danville so he can take care of my young daughter and I. Sure, there are many dentist who are closer to where I live, but none could care for me better than Doctor Rob & his wife Marci. Their hours are convenient and they even are open on Saturdays. They are a family run business and they really do treat you like family. They are a rare set of people to find these days, I urge you to give them a visit. Sincerely, Tony Wong

Dr. Waldman and his staff are wonderful! They are kind, thorough, and always extremely attentive to any concerns I have. I would highly recommend Dr. Waldman to anyone who is looking for a dentist. His thoughtful response and kind words make going to the dentist an easy and enjoyable experience. He has gone above and beyond in helping me with my dental needs including really sensitive teeth, gum recession and fillings. I would highly, highly recommend him and his amazing staff!

Dr. Waldman has exactly what I was looking for in a dental practice. Cleanliness, professionalism, understanding and education is what my family and I appreciate most from Dr. Waldman and his staff. It is nerve wracking trying to find a new dentist after moving to the East Bay where I had a family dentist my entire life in the North Bay. Dr. Waldman and his staff are very friendly and accommodating which helped put my mind at ease. They took their time for an initial consultation and we're able to show me photos of problem areas where they recommended work. I've gone in for a deep cleaning and have had a couple fillings since and am quite pleased with the service. Their office and chairs are very comfortable. They offer high quality headphones to help the time pass during dental cleaning. They offer nice details like lip moisturizer during cleaning and a hot towel afterward. They've been real good at applying the right amount of anesthetic, whether topical or injection, where I hardly notice work is being done on my mouth. Scheduling actual dental work has been pretty easy and we get in without having to wait too long. A great place that I definitely recommend to others as well.

When I was growing up in New York, I had terrible experiences going to the dentist. It was not until I moved to California and started going to Dr. Rob, that I realized it did not have to be a painful and stressful experience. The other thing I love about going to Dr. Rob, is that he is not a salesman. He only recommends dental procedures that are necessary and fully explains why they need to be done. Dr. Rob is not only a great dentist, but a great educator as well! Thank you, Dr. Rob, for changing my attitude and ultimately making me smile! I highly recommend him for you and all of your family members no matter what age. He is great with kids, too!!
