Dr. Graffeo is a general dentist with nearly 30 years of experience, so hes able to provide a wide range of preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services at an extremely high level, but he understands that one person cant know everything. Thats why hes teamed up with an in-house prosthodontist and periodontist who are able to provide specialty care right in our Hoboken dental office. Dr. Graffeo achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the NYU College of Dentistry in 1990. He also completed a residency at his Alma Mater, followed by a post-graduate periodontal mini residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. Over the last few decades, he has completed countless hours of continuing education courses and programs so that he stays current with new, innovative dental technology and techniques. This includes time spent at the prestigious Dawson Academy and Pankey Institute, as well as with SPEAR Education.
When hes not busy at the dental office, you can usually find Dr. Graffeo with his family, his friends, and other loved ones across the country. He is a true outdoorsman, and his favorite hobbies include snowboarding, cooking, and dabbling in landscape design.
Dr. Tagliani is originally from Brooklyn and Staten Island, but hes lived in Manhattan for over 35 years now. After completing his undergraduate degree at Lafayette College, he pursued his dental doctorate at New York University. He also completed a General Practice Residency, followed by his prosthodontic specialty certificate. Today, he holds a specialty license for the state of New Jersey and has even served as a dental expert witness before!
In his free time, Dr. Tagliani really enjoys traveling with his family to far off countries all around the world. His personal hobbies include cooking, watching movies, collecting watches, building models, and gardening. He currently serves as the President of the Commercial Condominium Board. He also loves Italian-American culture and is a big Frank Sinatra fan in particular.

Dr. Graffeo is THE dentist of Hoboken. Tells you exactly what you need to know and creates a well-rounded plan of action. Can't wait to go back & I'm not sure if you're supposed to say that about the dentist!

Dr. G and staff immediately made me feel at ease. He spent more time with me than any other dentist than I've ever encountered spending over 1.5 hours with me and performing the cleaning himself despite my appointment being at 4:45pm. Normally, when a dentist proposes a bunch of work at our first appointment, I'm skeptical. However, Dr. G took the time to show me exactly why he was proposing the work by showing me pictures of my teeth and going in depth on his reasoning to the point where it made complete sense to me. My first appointment made me feel like I was visiting a trusted friend who is also a dentist. I'd give more stars if I could.

I used to go here for many years but they no longer remind you regarding upcoming appointments and charge a $50 fee. Although the DR does great work, I cannot recommend anymore. --- I'll add to my comment to respond to Dr. Graffeo. I have been going to this office for about a decade. Reminders have ALWAYS been provided regularly prior to an appointment. What Dr. Graffeo failed to mention is that only one appointment confirmation was provided within a day of the original appointment with no subsequent notifications or reminders. I was only told after I missed the appointment that day and was told that there was a fee. Yes, I am aware of the fee but also aware that ample reminders have been provided in the past. This office has failed me.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. The best dentist office I have ever been too. Two weeks prior I went to another dentist who told me my insurance was covered little to find out after my cleaning that I was not once I got my claim. Then my insurance gave me a list of dentist that were covered and Dr Graffeo had amazing reviews so I figured I would go to him. It was the best decision I made. The front desk is amazing and was able to squeeze me in a day I had off from work. Dr. Graffeo sat down with me and went over every little detail about my teeth and tells you the exact treatment you should take. He gives you different options to see what works best for you. I am so happy I found him and can't wait to get my teeth on the right track.

Dr. Graffeo was great spent a lot of time answering my questions. I like the 'why' to be explained which he did patiently. Clean place, good music :) and good staff. I haven't had anything big done as of now, my oral surgery (all 4 wisdom teeth need to be removed) is today and I need a new cap to replace and old one that doesn't fit properly. Stay tuned for how great that turned out to be ....Fingers crossed....

Just had the best dental experience in my life. I have always been terrified of dental visits but Dr. Graffeo and his staff made it such a painless experience. Front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly and a special shout out to Dr. Graffeo's assistant, Alexis. She's very friendly, made me feel very comfortable, she's very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure which took away the anxiety. Looking forward to coming back soon and to recommend them to friends and family.

Big fan of Dr. Graffeo's office - everyone is super friendly and they listen to feedback you give them. Not only was there no wait time, but I got seen 10 minutes before my scheduled time! The support staff are very patient and help you understand everything including billing and next steps. Highly recommend visiting here if you need a dentist!
