I had one wisdom tooth pulled and one surgically removed. The whole process was smooth. From the ladies at the front desk, to the doctor and his assistants , to the guy who helped me in my car. I didn't even have any swelling or bruising. Everyone was so sweet and even called to check on me the next day. I highly recommend Robert McNeill!!

The front office people are professional and greet you with a smile. Professional procedure by Dr. McNeil for extraction. After the procedure two employees who assist in the back helped me get my 95 year old father in the car. They went above and beyond. What a blessing!

I had 2 implants done by Dr McNeill back in 2018-2019 and we were very happy with the service. This time around, 2 weeks ago, I went in to see Dr McNeill for a consultation regarding 2 more implants that I need done and like always, Dr McNeill and his assistant Hector were very nice but the lady who do the insurance at their office had no interest in answering any questions and was unhelpful which shows poor customer service that I can do without. Therefore I will be going to a different dentist.

Had 4 impacted wisdom teeth and woke back up with swelling and no pain only discomfort which was expected, swelling went down 80% in 24 hrs could have made it without pain meds the operation went so well

Couldn't be more pleased, in and out in 20 minutes with outstanding staff from start to finish and you simply couldn't ask for better bedside manner. Dr. Ganter quickly settled any anxiety that I had.

The teeth extraction was impressive no pain till fully recovered. I was referred here by my orthodontist, Dr. Fleming. The consultation experience before surgery was smooth, just make sure you and doctor are on the same page. As the first time having oral surgery in the United States, I would highly recommend here for the teeth extraction for orthodontics.

I just wish that they had frozen the ice pack for us instead of giving us unfrozen packs to send home with my daughter after the procedure.

5 star service all the way. I have a special problem with extremely high blood pressure coupled with white coat Syndrome. The team provided a stress free environment which allowed for cutting through a bridge to remove an extremely problematic abscessed tooth. I continue to work with Dr. McNeill. Did you know he's also an M.D. ? Very dedicated overachiever whose compassion shines through. Everyone seems happy!

I highly recommend Dr. McNeill if you need to have your wisdom teeth pulled. He's very professional, the staff is great, the office is clean. I was super nervous about the post-procedure complications but I didn't have any. Very little pain, no bleeding, no swelling.

I had a very painful tooth extracted. It was a bit complicated by some screws and hardware that was placed in my upper jaw from a previous surgery. Dr. McNeill was very knowledgeable and extremely confident that he could take care of me. I am absolutely impressed with his skills along with his sweet and capable nursing staff! I would definitely recommend these folks!

After suffering an fractured tooth Dr Ganter explained all options in detail & answered all my questions. Procedure process went quickly and recovery instructions were detailed. VERY thankful & appreciative for the staff & doctors .... Overall great experience!

****************SCAM******************* This message is not to medium to upper class families who makes minimum 100k or more than that a year. This message is for people like me who live paycheck to paycheck struggling to me meet their needs during the time of inflation. Guys please, its a rip off. Why do you want to spend your hard earnings to these people who already make $1000 of dollars every sec. 1. The doctor and the assistants are given special training to squeeze you. I already had a 3D Xray so they could locate the nerves . The assistant came in and said that our doctor don't take xray from outside. Need to pay $300 for xray. She thought I was 24 and she could trick me. I said no I can't do that. After talking to the management she asked me how much I could do I said the least option she asked me to pay $200. I did had the money y"all but I knew I am not gonna get my money back. I got estimates to take all 4 of my wisdom tooth. And that's after they contacted my insurance. Finally they brought me a bill of 2k and said my out of pocket is 1.2k or something. For a ice pack y'all $40 I assume that kind of ice are coming from the himalayas for more faster healing. sterilize tray $65. I mean come on dude you know how much it can cost. Finally I was able to take all of my wisdom tooth out yesterday in a different clinic which is very famous for wisdom teeth and all they charged me is $150 my copay. They even took a 3d scan with no additional cost. Gave me icepack no additional cost, I paid $200 as deposit they refunded 50 back. All 4 of them cost only $150. Ya"all this is pure business. Medical field is pure business please think twice before paying for anything.
