Robert F. Perler DDS, MS, FAGD is a New Rochelle based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.
Nothing says quality and attention to detail like a dentist with years of experience in his field. Both can be found with Dr. Robert Perler. Dr. Perler began his career at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received his bachelor degree of science in biology. He followed that up with his masters degree in Biomedical Engineering at the same institution. And just because that wasnt enough to practice dentistry, he completed his education at the New York University College of Dentistry to become a dentistry practitioner. Dr. Perler completed his residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Perler brings his specialized education and experience to every patient and treatment plan. It is his goal to effectively treat every case with a combination of conservative dentistry and engineering. It is his belief that conservative, when possible, yields the best outcome for the patient and his or her future dental health. While he focuses on conservative methods first, Dr. Perler is nothing if not an innovator and will often use his knowledge of engineering and up to date technology to create the treatment plan needed for his patients.
Its not all work and no play with Dr. Perler. Some interesting facts about him include that he has commercial, private, and instrument licenses in general aviation and has used this talent to raise money for charitable organizations. Dr. Perler also heads the Norman Brooks Award, a scholarship at the Albert Leonard Middle School in New Rochelle, NY that benefits gifted music students, as well as supporting the Masai tribe in Kenya with free toothbrushes and other dental hygiene supplies with the help of Proctor and Gamble.
He is also the proud father of three sons, all with music specialties in addition to their successful careers. Obviously, his good works and successful sons are Dr. Perlers claim to fame, but its impossible not to note that before Dr. Perler became Dr. Perler, he spend time at the original Woodstock in 1969.

Picture this, 16 years old. Horrible social anxiety, terrified and sickened by the world around her, and especially dentists. Okay now keep this picture in the back of your mind and think about this one. 17 years old, all of her teeth fixed, and absolutely loving the dentist. I never thought I would see the day to be able to get my teeth fixed, and I am so thankful to have met Dr. Perler. Dr. Perler in all honestly gave me a life I never knew was possible. I am no longer afraid to smile, and my mouth no longer hurts. I never thought I could overcome such horrific dental phobia, but I have, all because of Dr. Perler. Thank you, the kind staff, and incredible dentist in charge, has made me believe that it is possible to not only overcome fears but that no teeth are beyond being fixed. Guys I dont know how else to persuade you, please just go to Dr. Perler. From one person with extreme anxiety to another, its worth it.

Absolutely wonderful team and Dr. Perler is just excellent. If you are seeking a reliable dentist, truly top-notch and caring technicians in a super-clean and friendly environment - look no further. I had a mini-crisis with a chipped tooth last week and they responded immediately. Took me in Same Day (!!!), were courteous, understanding, professional and made the entire experience pleasant. (yes - pleasant!!) So great, in fact, that I returned today for a dental cleaning. Another excellent experience. This is a team you can trust. Their in-house technology is also top-notch. So valuable. I have found my new go-to Dentist in Dr. Perler and his team!

Dr. Perler and his staff Anne, Raquel, and Robin are very experienced and wonderful. Dr. Perler offers a one stop shop of Dentistry. He is highly skilled and makes you feel comfortable. The office staff always accommodates emergencies and makes themselves available. Robin the hygienist gives the best cleanings in Westchester.

I have been coming to Dr. Perler's office for years. He has a great staff - Cheryl always welcomes me with a smile and is always happy to help with any insurance problems. Juan is one of the best hygienists that I've ever been to. Erica is a very efficient dental assistant. Most of all, Dr. Perler gave me a beautiful smile which I haven't had in years. I had laminates done and they look like my own teeth. I would highly recommend Dr Perler's office!!!!

Although I am a fairly new patient, I have been so impressed with Dr. Perler and his entire staff. The staff are professional yet warm and friendly, very helpful and courteous and really know what they are doing. Dr Perler is absolutely wonderful. He is an artist, very gentle, is professional and considerate yet he warm and compassionate. He makes you feel at ease and confident you are in very good hands. One of the things I really appreciate and respect is how Dr Perler treats his staff....always respectful and teaches them, and me, as he goes along in your treatment. I'm so happy to have been recommended to Dr Perler and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Amazing dentist and staff. So relaxed and amazing care. The office is like being at home. So welcoming and comfortable. It's a pleasure to actually go to the dentist. I call dr perler the gentle dentist and the kindest person ever. Thank you so much. Yesterday I had my cleaning and almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. I was looking for a second opinion and went to see my husband's dentist, Dr Perler. I knew from the registration and appointment process that he and his staff were true professionals, and I was correct. I was impressed upon arrival at his office. Nicely decorated waiting room, attentive staff, and state of the art equipment. However, most impressive is Dr Perler himself. He made me feel comfortable immediately. He provided me with a clear explanation of my situation using visuals and options followed by an opportunity to ask questions. In fact he encouraged questions! I have decided to have Dr Perler do the procedure that is needed. I have also asked him to take me on as a permanent patient! I would highly recommend Dr Perler and his office to meet your dental needs.

For nearly 25 years, Dr. Perler has been my only dentist. His professionalism, coupled with his knowledge, have made me a loyal patient! Whether it's for a cleaning, root canal or emergency, I have always felt confident in the care I receive. He stays current with updated equipment and is often learning something new, while ensuring the office is impeccably clean and contemporary! He's also a great person and all his staff are kind and helpful!
