Thank you Dr. Gradishar for the correct diagnosis of the rare medical condition of Lichen Planus affecting my gums which happens in only about 1% of patients suffering from Lichen Planus. As a result of your correct diagnosis and referral to see an Oral Surgeon, I am able to get the treatment immediately which is helping me in managing the pain and tenderness of the gums and feeling much better sooner.

I am sharing this experience while its ongoing. Dr Robert Gradishar threatened to "throw me out" in the middle of a procedure. He had difficulty explaining the questions about my fears of the procedure he wanted to carry out which was post and core- build up. As one who has had previous dental restoration without a post, a little explanation why this was necessary was difficult for him rather he focused on the copay which was nothing compared to what I have spent on root canal treatment. He was harsh, disrespectful, even when I wanted to pay before procedure started but was asked to wait till the end, he went ahead to threaten to stop the procedure halfway through and "throw me out" if I do not agree to what the copay stated. This is abusive and unprofessional. And did I forget to mention that he realized afterwards that I did not need the procedure as I had strong large structures. Of course, he never got the nerve to apologize for his actions.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. G for a while now (5+ years). He's very professional, thorough, and we've been pleased with our results. He's also very hands-on in researching your insurance coverage and explaining the cost of services. We may not always like the answer, but there are never any last minute surprises. That's appreciated!

This dentist's office is close to my house and I was unfortunate to choose it. The dentist has a very big attitude, and even you are only allowed to talk when he says so. You can only answer yes or no, and listen to him no matter how your feet need to be placed. First of all, I'm sure I'm not a chatterer. Not getting any respect in his clinic. My husband comforts me by saying "This is normal", The second time I went to see this dentist, the attitude of the dentist made my husband take back what he said. My teeth have not been treated once; he has only asked me to do x-rays. This dentist has caused me to endure my pain for longer because I couldn't receive immediate help. I am very responsible to say that Dr. G hurt me badly, what a nightmare! Since then I chose a really good dentist for myself.

Dr. Gradishar has been my dentist for several years. He and his staff are always professional and courteous each time I visit. The advice given to me to better care for my teeth is always done in courteous manner. The level of service is without a doubt, TOP NOTCH.

I was about to come here for a cleaning then my friend informed me that this is a really bad dentist. She also told me that they ask you for your personal information, such as your SSN, when you first come here so be careful when coming. If you already gave them that info, then don't worry, you'll simply know who to blame if you get your identiy stolen.

He is ok as long as you just need a cleaning. I was a Medicaid patient and not sure if that has something to do with it. I had a tooth that died and he sent me to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth first. They never gave me problems and have been told I will probably have them for life. This specialist surgeon (who is recommended by Gradishar) is not covered by insurance and I get billed his fee, he says I have periodontal issues, shuffles me off to perodonist that says yes you do have periodontal issues but I can't tell you what needs to be done for tooth. I would like to help you out with the periodontal work you need though. Go to this dentist who specializes in root damage. I go there, he doesn't think tooth can be saved and will need to be pulled. I said can't you do it? I've been suffering with this going to 4 different doctors and not getting treatment for a month now. He said no, this is something that your primary dentist has to do! After spending over a thousand dollars, I got my tooth pulled by another dentist that he didn't recommend.

I came to this location as a new patient. I call Because I had a toothache so doctor Dr. Gradishar gave me an appointment to see him the next day. No one even told me that this appointment was going to be considered as emergency appointment. When I went in doctor Gradishar, He came and take a look at my mouth real quick not even introducing himself as a doctor and immediately he told me that we need x-rays. After an hour waiting he came back to tell me that I've to make another appointment to get the filling done. They did NOT even work on me even though I had an emergency appointment. When I came back the next day I saw a different doctor (Dr. Rinku Mukherjee). My experience with him was beyond disappointing. He had no bedside manners. Never put a bib on me and immediately he started looking around in my mouth and not even introduced himself. It must be a thing at this office. He then told me that we have to extract the tooth with a unpleasant attitude. I informed him I'm a little scared of needles can you please be gentle and he said, "I have to do what I have to do. we have to get the tooth out" who says that? Not even gentle and not really friendly at all. Never even asked me if I had any questions. He was rude when I asked HIM questions and sarcastic. I will never go back to this office again. People are already uncomfortable going to see a dentist let alone an unpleasant Dr. Not to mention the office needs a lot of updating with their equipment. Not sure why they have the dr. make appt for patients on the phones instead of being with patients. That's what receptionist is for

I've been going to Dr. Gradishar for over 10 years, and have always had a good experience. He recently repaired bonding I had done to close a space between my 2 front teeth about 20 years prior, and I was extremely pleased with the results. He and his staff also do a great job during check ups and cleanings.

I've been a patient for about three years. My most recent visit was this morning for a filling. Although I certainly did not look forward to the procedure, Dr. Gradishar's skill and reassuring manner made the experience very manageable. I can always depend on him and his team of professional assistants and hygienists for excellent dental services.
