Dr. Robert Placzek is a native Chicagoan. He attended Loyola University, majored in Biology, and was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree Magna Cum Laude. He is a member of the Jesuit Honor Society Alpha Sigma NU.
He received his DDS degree at the University of Illinois Dental School in 1986. He has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in the Chicago are for the past 30 years. He has completed extensive training in implant dentistry at the renowned Georgia Regents University Maxi Course on Implantology. He has received Top Doc recognition in Chicago, Top Dentist recognition nationally, and induction into the International Association of Dentists. He is a member of Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He continues to be involved in advanced dental educational study with classes and study groups he is involved with. He maintains the highest level of accreditation and pursues ongoing education to stay abreast of latest trends in dentistry.
