I am happily married for over 28 years andI am delighted to be the mother of a fine young man Ryan. I love RV camping, reading, cross stitch needlework, walking, and spending time on long, sandy beaches with my family.

I am the proud mother of two fine young men, Steven and Joseph, and am happily married for over 30 years. I love Maine, traveling, zumba dancing, and yoga. My husband and I have several classic cars and love attending car shows all over the Northeast.

I am a 1987 Ichabod Crane School District graduate. I pursued a career in dental hygiene at HVCC where I graduated in 1992 with an Associates Degree in Health Science. in 2014 I attended Farmingdale State College where I became licensed to administer Nitrous Oxide and anesthesia.

Beyond my dental hygiene career, I am the proud mother if a 16-year old son, Connor. He been on a traveling baseball team since the age of 7 years old. The majority of my time is spent enjoying every moment watching him do what he does.

Upon graduation from Ichabod Crane in 2007, I enrolled in Hudson Valley Community College and completed the Dental Assisting program with a Certificate in Dental Assisting. I began working for St. Peters Dental Clinic in Albany as a dental assistant; at that time I realized I wanted to become a Dental Hygienist. I graduated in 2012 from Hudson Valley Community College with an Associated Degree in Applied Science, dental hygiene in 2012. Along with being certified in CPR and AED, I am licensed to administer nitrous oxide and anesthesia and stay current on continuing education courses as well as now being certified in Laser Pocket Disinfection through the Institute of Advanced Laser Dentistry.

Debbie has worked in the health care profession for over 22 years and 15 years at the Fair. Her career started as a nurses assistant at Barnwell Health Care facilities in Valatie. Debbie worked with the elderly helping them with their daily needs. After leaving Barnwell, she returned to school at Hudson Valley Community College. It was time, she thought, for a career change and enrolled in the Dental Assisting Certificate Program. After graduation, she began her current career with Dr. Danz 13 years ago. She has enjoyed her daily duties including taking digital radiographs, assisting during implant placements, surgical extractions, tissue grafts, and crown and bridge replacement. Based on her background as a nurses assistant, Debbie volunteers at the local area nursing home feeding the elderly their evening meals and keeping them company. Also, she serves as a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Valatie fire department for the past five years. During the Little League season she volunteers at the hot dog stand to help the fire company with this annual fundraiser. Furthermore, for the past 6 years, she has worked at the local Columbia County Fair on the weekends. She is happily married to Frank, has 3 grown children, and 6 wonderful grandchildren. She loves to spend as much time as possible with her grandchildren on a regular basis.

I graduated Ichabod Crane Central Schools in 1985. Soon after graduating high school, I started working for Albany Dental GHI Incorporated doing insurance claim forms. A few years later I left Albany Dental to go work for Empire BC/BS as a Surgical Claims Processor. In 1991 I left BC/BS to work for Hudson Valley Orthopedics in Hudson, NY. I worked with Medical Records, Insurance, and eventually as a Medical Assistant.

I couldn't be more grateful to Dr Danz and his expertise with the Lanap Protocol. I had had a completely different prognosis from my previous dentist, who sent me to a periodontist who suggested gum flap surgery and an extraction. My mind immediately rejected that, it is as awful as it sounds, and I began my research - I'm really glad I did. The lanap "surgery" was very tolerable. I had no remarkable pain right after or afterward. Healing has gone very well and quickly, even the liquid and soft diet has been fine. My periodontal issue has been all but reversed and will continue that way w regular lanap cleanings. The loose molar that started this whole problem, and I was told was a goner, is now a happy tooth again and no longer loose (only 2 wks out from surgery - miraculous). And, as an added benefit my gums and bone will continue regenerating - can't wait to see my xrays in a yrs time. I no longer have any damaging bacteria because the laser killed it all. I feel great. Better than I have in years. I can honestly recommend this procedure - it really works. Very lucky to have found Dr Danz.

Dr. Bob has been my dentist since we both were much younger. I was very afraid of dentists at the time. Dr. Bob took the time to explain everything to me, they have gas and music! His staff made my daughter's first visit a good one so she will not ever be afraid of dentists in her lifetime. Dr. Bob is all about saving the tooth and preventative procedures. Looking for a dentist, make an appointment. The girls at the desk will make you feel welcome. You will not be sorry.

I was having a dental emergency while traveling and was able to reach Dr. Danz by phone. He was incredibly kind and offered some suggestions for how to mitigate the pain until I could get back home to my regular dentist. He made a difficult situation manageable and I can only imagine he would be the same in person - kind and competent.
