Dr. Goodwin is a 1982 graduate of the University of Texas in San Antonio. He has been serving the dental needs of Brownwood and surrounding areas for over 30 years. Dr. Goodwin is qualified in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and restorative dentistry, as well as many other areas.
He believes in conservative and preventive dentistry making it his goal to create longevity in his patients' teeth. He attends numerous continuing educations programs every year to keep knowledgeable of current technology.
Dr. Goodwin is an active member of the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He is a member of the Texas Academy of General Dentistry and is on the teaching faculty for the Center of Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Goodwin is also a past president of the Heart of Texas Dental Society.
In June 2015, Dr. Goodwin accepted a Fellowship through The Academy of General Dentistry. He achieved this award by being committed to quality patient care through continued education. This award mean that Dr. Goodwin cares about long-term dental health for you and your family and demonstrates that concern by pursuing additional designations. The fellowship award is one of the most rigorous continuing dental education programs today. They help Dr. Goodwin stay up to date on the most current dental procedures in order to offer you the highest quality of care.
Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Goodwin is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, is a past president of the Lions Club, and past Scout Master of the Boy Scouts of America. Dr. Goodwin enjoys spending his time hunting and restoring old cars. He has been married for over 36 years and has two sons.

If you have insurance better make sure they take it on the spot cuz they wont tell you till the end when you have to pay 300$ and they tell you your insurance will send you a check to yall till the end of may to even get ahold of my insurance will never use you again and my insurance had to call you yall never called them

Best dentist in town! I've gone to a lot of dentist around town trying to find the best one and Dr. Goodwin and his staff are amazing! I use to never go to the dentist and I was scared had a lot of anxiety, everyone is super nice and professional.
