Our entire team is dedicated to providing you with personalized care, making every visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Treating our patients kindly and individually is very important to us. We also take pride in having a relaxed environment. Dr. Arnold opened his private practice in Marion in 1989. He provides preventitive, restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, periodontic, fixed and removable prosthetics, oral surgery, orthodontia, implant services, and hospital dentistry.
He is on staff at Southern Illinois Healthcare and Heartland Regional Medical Center, where he provides dental surgery for patients under anesthesia. Services are provided for pediatric, geriatric, physically and mentally handicapped, and high anxiety patients. Dr. Arnold takes pride in participating in continuing education. He also ensures the staff is up-to-date on continuing education and current industry technology.

Dr Arnold cancelled my granddaughter's procedure at the hospital 4 days before the procedure and 10 days before the insurance would not cover because of her birthday. It had been scheduled for a month and a half. He didn't give us any time to reschedule with another dentist before the insurance ran out. He could have cancelled earlier if he didn't want to do it so I could have found someone else. And he didn't care that she was in pain and waiting for the procedure. He also cost me thousands of dollars. He had his office girl call at 6:10 after they had closed early on Thursday evening and they didn't reopen until Tuesday morning. The procedure was scheduled for Wednesday morning. The office girl said that Dr Arnold felt that we wouldn't be happy with his work.

I had very bad tooth pain and they got me in the next day! I had to have a tooth extraction and had never had one but he walked me through it, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely a pleasant experience with getting a tooth pulled for the first time. He's a very careful, nice man! He also let me sit until I got my composure together, which was nice instead of rushing me out.

Dr. Arnold and his staff are the most wonderful, professional, and caring people that i have been too. I have been to several dentist in my life and never been treated like him and his staff has treated me.. He is honest with you from the very start. He is not there to treat you like just another person and about the money, he there to help you get your self esteem back. I will recommend him and his staff to anyone that needs dental work done. I called in with bad pain from a broken tooth, they were able to get me in on a Saturday as a new patient! Dr Arnold was very pleasant and willing to take care of me.

I went here for 10 years but switched after my boyfriend received rude and poor service. He didn't have insurance (paid cash) and felt discriminated against for this reason. I was surprised by his experience because i had never had a problem (i have insurance), but switched anyways. I switched to Aspen Dental and they told me it looked like my teeth had not been cleaned professionally in years by the look of build up. I told them i went every 6mths for the last 10 years to Dr.Arnold. they cleaned my teeth and i could tell a huge difference. Just beware,.

I had a crown come off and I called Dr. Arnold's office. I left a message and they called me back promptly. I offered a good time for me and they were able fit me in. They also told me how to deal with the tooth until I could get there. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have always had great service with Dr. Arnold and his staff. I totally recommend his office!!

In for cleaning last Thur. Experience was OK but question about not having a cavity date set up. 'she said if not hurting to wait? Is it because I had total knee surgery Oct 23? I'm concerned that it is a front tooth. I called Dr. Beyer's office last week to check (no is 998 7177) they just told me I would need one Keflex pill prior to procedure. Let me what your opinon. I was never happy about what was done to make those front teeth to match a cap that you had put on to the left of them. They did not match ever.

Went in to discuss options about wisdom tooth pain and he was able to take it out that morning. I had never gotten a tooth extraction before and was terrified but he talked me through it step by step, made sure I didn't feel a thing, and kept my nerves calm. It took maybe 10 minutes. It was amazing! Will definitely go back for more needed work.
