Dr. Boyden's dental office is the best I have ever been to--and I say that as someone who has a dentist in the family! They're always on time (even early when I show up early); his hygienists are the best around (gentle, friendly, kind); and he's helpful and friendly (someone I trust to be forthright). Between being a student, a job change, and a move across the country, I had a five year hiatus from dental work, but for the last 10+ years I've gone to Dr. Boyden regularly and couldn't be more happy with his practice. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I've been going to Boyden dental for several years. They are one of the best in terms of honest diagnosis and overall quality of treatment. I do recommend to anyone in SLC county. I happily drive from Bluffdale since it's worth driving.

We love Dr. Boyden!! Although, as with most small businesses, especially in the health care sector, there are many changes in staff each time our family goes in for our routine checks - they are always fun and pleasant. We love Dr. Boyden and his humor - he is always cracking jokes and is great with my 4 boys, he speaks their language and puts them at ease. He is very sensitive to pain and comfort levels and that, to me, is worth any price. Highly recommend Dr. Boyden and his staff!

We love Dr. Boyden!! Although, as with most small businesses, especially in the health care sector, there are many changes in staff each time our family goes in for our routine checks - they are always fun and pleasant. We love Dr. Boyden and his humor - he is always cracking jokes and is great with my 4 boys, he speaks their language and puts them at ease. He is very sensitive to pain and comfort levels and that, to me, is worth any price. Highly recommend Dr. Boyden and his staff!

100% professionals at this place. Dr. Boyden is extremely personable and sensitive to dental anxieties, as are all of his staff. They were in no way judgmental of the significant amount of work I needed done. Dr. Boyden has given me a new lease on life, AND my bill ended up being only about half of what it was initially quoted as (he quoted me on the high end after an initial exam and x-rays, but mitigated the cost once he got in there to do the work, as he had indicated he would be trying to do). That's a level of upfront disclosure and honesty that is unfortunately not very common these days, and the work was excellent. I have a kid on the way and money in our household is tight. The bill reduction was therefore one gigantic relief in and of itself, on top of getting the procedures I've dreaded for long behind me without nearly the painful marathon I had convinced myself I would be enduring. I still can't believe how much he was able to turn my mouth around during a single visit. His office is even in the same building as the oral surgeon who will soon be removing my long-overdue wisdom teeth, and for all intents and purposes they are on precisely the same page in terms of continuity of care. The oral surgeon is who initially pointed me to Boyden with a glowing recommendation. I understand why; I'd recommend Dr. Boyden to anyone.

Dr.Boyden and his whole staff are amazing! Only dentist that I have EVER found that was understanding of my son's special needs and we went to at least 30 different dentist's before finding him. Thank you to him and his staff.

I went in for a couple of fillings, next thing he's telling me I need crowns instead for almost $3000.00 Not even a month later I'm having problems and now my jaw and tooth are infected. Now he's telling me I need a root canal...WTH He screwed it up and would only take partial responsibility for it, leaving me to pay for an extraction and implant when he ground off too much of an otherwise healthy tooth so he could make money! Now I want my daughters money back that I prepaid and they're screwing me for that too. Run as fast as you can from this jerk and for hells sake don't trust him with your teeth or money!!!

This place is awesome. The staff at the front desk are friendly and professional. The Dentist Dr. Boyden does amazing dental work my fiance had a temporary crown put on her tooth today and it looks amazing. Janette the dental assistant was professional and very friendly. Will always refer friends and family too this office.

Honestly I felt like I was taken advantage of, I specified multiple times that I didn't have insurance, I am starting a company right now and things are tight, on top of that I was going in to have him repair a filling that he did a little over a year ago. I spoke over the phone as well as in person about the work that needed to be done and they assured me that it would be less than $300, when I went in, I found out that I had a $145 credit for the last two years that they never let me know about, which if the table was turned I am sure they would have sent me to collections. Next, he repairs the filling, on what I came in for. I ask him to take a look at one of the other fillings that he did being there was wear on that one and how much longer that would last, Dr. Boyden opted to do the other tooth without asking my permission, which was as simple as putting some sealant on the tooth, no drilling, no cleaning, nothing. When I received my bill to my surprise I was charged the same amount for the second tooth and a full filling, well over $500. When I protested, the secretary told me that there was nothing they could do, and the doctor decided that it needed to be done. I had a second dentist look at it after visiting Dr. Boyden and he let me know the work that was done was very bad, the shade of the filling is wrong and completely sticks out on the tooth. If you are looking for an honest dentist who cares about his patients, Dr. Boyden isn't the dentist for you.

Very professional! They do a great job making my kids and me feel comfortable in the office. They are very good to explain what they are doing during the cleaning or procedure. They work hard to make the visit a pleasant experience!
