I really wish I could give him more stars, because I really liked him and his staff. This was my first visit to him. I went in to see him because of a toothache I was having for 2 weeks. He examined me, took x-rays and found 2 different infections and one of them he said, I had to have the tooth pulled and wanted to do it that day. I questioned him about that. I reminded him that I'm a diabetic and have heart disease. I also reminded him 3 times that I'm on blood thinners and also asked if he was sure about pulling it while it's infected. He kept reassuring me that everything was going to be fine. Against my better judgement, I decided to trust him. The next 24 hours I paid the price for that. I was in a lot of pain, the bleeding didn't stop until the next day. I left his office at 11:30 in the morning, and it didn't stop till the same time the next day (so I bleed for literally 24 hours because of being on blood thinners) It drained so much that my pillowcase was covered in blood and the drainage kept waking me up and made me sick. I kept throwing up. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. If I didn't have any medical conditions or be on any medications, he would be great to see. But having these medical conditions and the medication I'm on, he's obviously not very knowledgable. When a diabetic has an infection, you treat the infection first, then do the work. Being on blood thinners, it makes you bleed. You would normally go off the blood thinners for 1-2 days before doing anykind of work or surgeries. He completly ignored that. I blame myself as well for not insisting we wait. I won't be returning to him only because either he isn't knowledgable about medications and medical conditions or he just doesn't care. Either way, I'm not putting my health at risk again.

Dr. Badalov is an awesome dentist. He is such an experienced, gentle and kind person. I trust him and thankful for him as my dentist. Great service and also bunch of sweet and kind people who work there.

This office charged me and my insurance for the wrong service. My insurance refused to pay. I tried to work with the Drs office to get it corrected. They refused to correct it and stated that they will not see me unless I pay the overcharge. In my opinion they have questionable billing practices.

Dr. Robert Badalvo DDS and staff are caring, and professional. Even though they squeezed me in on an emergency bases they were wonderful kind and it was not a long wait. Their office is clean and comfortable. By far one of my most comfortable dentist visits I have ever have in a dentist chair. Thank you all truely appreciated.
