We know that the cost of care can be confusing. In addition to offering a number of in-office payment options to fit your budget, we also give you up-front cost information on your treatment ahead of time. We are in-network with a variety of insurance plans, and we offer various forms of dental financing with credit available in time frames that fit your needs. We are happy to help you navigate your dental insurance and alternative payment options.
At Rob Madry, DDS, we are qualified to handle all aspects of your care, so you are always surrounded by people that you trust. If we must refer out, we promise to send you to carefully vetted colleagues who apply the same professional principles in their office that we do in ours.
We respect and understand that many patients experience dental anxiety. At our office, we do everything we can to make sure that your experience is as enjoyable as possible. By communicating clearly what you can expect during your treatment, we are often able to alleviate dental fear. We encourage you to bring headphones and music to listen to during your treatment and ask us about dental sedation options.
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional x-rays are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
Natalie enjoys being a part of a team that values quality dentistry. She loves that patients are treated like family, and she loves seeing patients gain confidence. Outside of the office, Natalie enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren, as well as outdoor activities and working on home projects.
Catherine enjoys helping others and this is what she loves most about being in the dental industry. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with others so they may see the importance of their oral health. In her spare time, Catherine likes to spend lots of time with her family. Her me time is usually spent in the bookstore.
Stacie loves the teamwork that is demonstrated daily in the office. Everyone helps each other so that each patient has a great experience. Having been in the industry for 13 years, making patients happy and providing them with the best treatment is always her number one goal. When not at work, Stacie loves to spend time with her family and friends, including staying active and being outdoors.
Celeste loves the rewarding feeling of having patients feed good about their smile. She is a Texas native, growing up in Kingsville and attending Delmar College for Dental Hygiene school, where she received the Colgate Star Award. When she is not at work, she enjoys fishing, kayaking, and family time.
Samikarlas favorite thing about being part of the Rob Madry DDS family is not only how the staff and office feel like home, but also how Dr. Madry is always considerate of our patients, honest, and reliable. We really do provide quality dentistry at its finest! Outside of the office, she enjoys working out, running on trails, hunting, and spending time with her family.
