Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

My annual teeth cleaning ( was covered under insurance) was done less than 10 minutes but waited 2 hours. They just brushed my teeth nothing more than that, Where I can do by myself, I was wondering what sort of cleaning is this?? Are they really dentists or any other people????

First time there, had great experience. Didn't have a wait, got me and my child in at the same time. Dr. has a wonderful bedside manner. He was patient and took his time to answer all questions. Needed some work done, I was able to come in the next week. Always had issues with numbing when I had work done. He was able to put the needle in without numbing gel. As soon as it wore off he was quick to put more in. Helped with financing and offered in just payments. Super nice staff and clean rooms.

Had a front tooth cap from an old root canal fall out in September. Went to Dr. Boelman and his staff and I decided an implant was the way to go. Glad I chose Roanoke Dental Group and Dr. Boelman. The extra time, effort, and detail to ensure the best result was worth the time and the cost was competitive. I recommend Dr. Boelman and his team for emergencies or regular checkups.

Great experience my kids were very nervous going to the dentist for cleaning but the staff and Dr Boltman made it easy and enjoyable for my kids to get their teeth examined and clean very courteous and professional.

Absolutely the worst service I ever had! Please do not visit them unless you would like to get scammed by their marketing trick to buy their unnecessary products and services. Dentist literally forced me to get a deep teeth cleaning that wasn't fully covered by my insurance, and also forced me to consider getting some so called lasik cleaning. Bruh... I just need a normal cleaning done under my insurance!
