I don't recommend this clinic anytime for your dental care. When dental cleaning is covered under the insurance plan theses people quote very high cost for patient additional . They don't clean properly at all, felt like took a very wrong decision going there. Dentist, please keep in mind, we patients trust you and come there but it's more painful when you are not trustworthy.

I had two teeth pulled from my jaw. I have had no pain, no excessive bleeding. 5-Star treatment, Professional, courteous, and informative. I won't go anywhere else.

Arrived at office a few minutes before my 8:00 am scheduled appointment. Logged in. Others arrived and were taken by staff to the various areas for treatment. At approximately 8:15, I checked the log and saw all the other names before and after mine had been marked out. I asked the receptionist why I was still waiting. She said something about whether the line with my name on it was me. While my handwriting is not the best, you would think a reasonable person would wonder why a name was open when all others had been accounted for. Simply looking out to the waiting room would have answered that question. After I spoke to the receptionist, I was called back for treatment in less than two minutes. In spite of this snafu, I received the usual high quality treatment I have always received from your practice.

New patient. Made an appointment for an urgent issue. Had 2 broken teeth. Was able to get an appointment 4 days out. Then get to the appointment and seen by the dentist just to be told I would have to come back another day to have them extracted. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to have it done. Staff was good. The dentist hardly spoke to me, only to the hygienist. Never took the time to explain anything or what exactly will happen at the next visit.

My wife got throat infection and shingles on her mouth palate after this cleanup session for which we paid $143. She is petrified to visit the clinic again for her upcoming appointment and looking at her even I am scared now. I have done my regular dental cleanups before and this has never happened. She is in terrible pain and on steroids right now because of infection, unable to eat and drink. TOO BAD! Also, she had few rashes in mouth because of the equipment that they used for x-ray. After a while the hygienist realized that her mouth is small so she needs smaller equipment for x-ray, which added few more rashes and pain. I think this change of equipment activity was completely avoidable looking at the patient at first glance because my wife is 4'11" (petite size person).

Great office. The hygienists are super nice and gentle when doing the cleanings. I had a tooth that was filled and kept giving me sensitivity and had multiple dentists try to fix it in Dallas with no luck. Dr. Jones was able to fix it and I finally didn't have ongoing pain and sensitivity there. Office staff is nice and easy to work with as well. Would highly recommend them.

They are great, they take the time to answer any and all questions you might have. Right on time to get you in the back so they can do what needs to be done.
