Had a dental emergency that required immediate cosmetic repair. The staff at Roan Mountain Dental were very understanding and fit me in right away even though I was not a patient of theirs. Found front desk staff to be extremely pleasant and kind. Dr. O'Daniel did lack introducing himself until after examining my situation and I properly introduced myself to him. The repair I needed done, has been done three different times over the course of forty years (I Know the results that should have been). I must state that his repair was the absolute cheapest I have ever had done, but lacks the cosmetic stature that it should have had and will require additional attention. I do plan on using Dr. O'Daniel for basic care from this point on do to the fact that his staff was kind and compassionate to my situation and I feel confident in their abilities in that area. However, I'm not sold on his ability to do cosmetic restorations and recommend finding someone more capable if time allows to have it done right the first time. Shannonrae Ryman Mathes

This place is AMAZING! Amazing staff, extremely helpful and affordable prices. I literally called them this morning, they got me in RIGHT away and I am already feeling so much better! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much Roan Mountain Dental, you guys are awesome.

I'm new to the area and hadn't found a dentist yet, but Darlene was able to get me in quickly when a crown fell off. It was a blessing in disguise (kind of) that the x-ray showed I actually need a root canal. Eek!! But Dr. O'Daniel and everyone I met are professional and kind, so I'm lucky to have them take care of it and will actually show up for the procedure even though I'm a wuss and they don't use nitrous oxide... :-) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Staff is always friendly and courteous. They work well together. Dr is very good.

Welcoming environment. Make you feel comfortable and at ease and answer everything you ask. Pleasant and friendly staff made me feel comfortable and valued. Dentist is warm, nice and knowledgeable with an attitude that makes you right at ease. In my 40 some years this has been the best experience I've had at a dental office. You know that your care is important to them.

Been using Roan Mountain Dental Center for yeas now, Never had a problem always had great service. My daughter gets her teeth cleaned there as well. They are like a small family and very reasonable with their prices. I would recommend giving them a call and try out their services.
