Dr. Brandon Roth is excited to continue to provide the people of the Fox Cities with outstanding dental care. He enjoys the daily communication with his patients and staff and looks forward to treating all patients, no matter how routine or complex the need. Dr. Brandon is committed to treating all of his patients as if they are family.
Dr. Brandon completed his undergraduate studies at Carthage College where he majored in Biology. He also excelled in sports and was a four-year letterman on the baseball team, earning co-captain honors his senior season.
Following his college graduation, Dr. Brandon continued his studies at the Marquette University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2008. He was involved in various student organizations and served as a four-year member of the curriculum committee.
Upon graduation, Dr. Brandon was bestowed with two major senior class awards. He earned the Dr. Bela Fodor Memorial Award in recognition of outstanding achievement in General and Oral Pathology, as well as the Excellence in Cosmetic Dentistry Award from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry for superior performance in Aesthetic Dentistry. His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Outagamie County Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
A native of Neenah, Dr. Brandon, his wife Jessica, and their two boys have established themselves in the Fox Cities. They look forward to being a part of such a wonderful community. Outside of his dental practice, Dr. Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, various fitness activities, golfing, Karate, and Krav Maga. He is an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and any of his fantasy sports teams.
I began my career in dentistry in 2017, and Ive served in a wide range of roles from bookkeeping and accounting to retail sales. I love learning new things and sharpening my skills. I feel the best when I am making a positive difference in the lives of those around me.
I was born in Minnesota and moved to the Fox Valley when I was a child. I've been here ever since and I love living here - it feels like home! My hobbies include listening to music and attending concerts, off-road races, snowboarding, fishing, gardening, cooking (but not baking!), and shopping.
I graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Fox Valley Technical College in 2004. During my studies, I volunteered at TriCounty Dental. I assisted for over eleven years. During that period, I received a degree in Medical Coding. In 2015, I joined the RLJ Dental team as a Business Assistant.
What I enjoy most about being a business assistant is helping patients navigate through treatment plans and insurance coverage, so they will fully understand each aspect of their visit and enjoy a positive experience with us. I strive to make each patient feel like family and feel confident that we are there for them if they need any guidance.
As a hygienist I strive to help patients achieve a bright and healthy smile. My favorite part about being a hygienist is building the personal relationships within a safe and comfortable atmosphere for both young and old.

From the moment I walked in the office the girls were so very nice and kind. Ashley my hygienist was awesome!! Everyone I came in contact with was great!! I highly recommend!!

Beautiful place, calm and relaxing environment. They were also really understanding about my dental health and even helped me keep my toddler out of trouble while I had my teeth cleaned. Can't wait to go back in May!

My family moved from California to Appleton recently and we needed to find a new Dental facility. We feel so fortunate and blessed to have met Dr. Roth and his family outside of the office and now we are patients of his. The staff at RLJ Dental is extremely friendly and informative. With different insurance I used to go to forward dental. They displayed everything up front such as cost, treatment, etc... also they were fully understood my insurance. It was so clear and so efficient. Now with Delta dental, my first impression was not like one with forward dental. Your doctor and an assistant were very nice, took some time to find my coverage and answered my questions but didn't have understanding of my coverage. I ll have $1200 treatment next Monday and just hope to have no issues with my tooth after the treatment. The reason to come to your place was per the reviews we researched.

I had a large molar removed. It fought coming out but I had very little pain or discomfort immediately after the procedure and for the following days.

The team moved along quickly but not missing any attention to detail. I was given good instruction on how to cooperate with the procedure which was not comfortable but not painful. An old implant tooth fell off last night, but they got it taken care of quickly this morning!

She is an amazing dentist. This is my third time over there and I left feeling very satisfied with the work that she did. She make sure you're not in pain. She's also very patient. Her assistants are phenomenal.
