It all started in middle school when Dr. RJ discovered he had a heart to help others. In sixth grade, he found himself connecting with his peers on a deeper level. Dr. RJ was that person that students felt comfortable talking to, and sharing things with.
This devastation lead Dr. RJ to create the first ever Student Talks program at his middle school. This program allowed students 15 mins a day to speak to teachers, coaches, and guidance counselors about life. With the success of that program, Dr. RJ committed to a life long mission of spreading happiness.
Since then, Dr. RJ has coached many different types of challenges amongst teenagers such as students who want to improve their grades, students who want to improve their relationships, and students who want to improve in extracurricular activities.
Dr.Ensleygraduated with Honors from the University of Georgia and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia.He went on to serve for 7 years with the US Army, completing a 1 year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and then receiving his orthodontic specialty training from the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program in San Antonio, Texas. After graduation, he completed his written and oral board certification, becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodonticsa distinction achieved by less than half of all orthodontists.
Dr.Ensley understands what its like to have a smile you dont like, because he had crooked teeth as a kid.After an orthodontist straightened his teeth, giving him a new smile and confidence, he knew he wanted to do the same for other people. He is passionate about blending the artistry of sculpting smiles with the precision and science of creating healthy bites.
When Dr.Ensleyis not moving teeth, he is usually spending time with his familyhis lovely wife, Mary, and four rambunctious but adorable children Laura, Daniel, Nathan and Kathryn.As a father, he knows how busy it can be taking care of kids, so he is committed to providing you an excellent braces experience through efficient, caring, and comfortable treatment.

I love coming to The orthodontist ! The staff make it so worth it! Alyssa is my girl she's so sweet and fun and have such amazing energy, Josh is the best super funny (probably a baller in his past life the way he can shoot the gloves and make it every time ) . Ms.Bernice is so warm and welcoming! & Everyone there is just really cool they always do great work & make sure your comfortable and we always have fun! It's just amazing. With the right team you'll always win, and they are WINNING at RJ Orthodontics. I love coming here, I really would come here every week If i could no cap.

RJ Orthodontics is amazing! My daughter just got her braces off and crazy as I sounds, she didn't want them off but as soon as she saw her smile... she was more exited then she thought she would be, could not stop grinning from ear to ear! I just received my Invisalign trays, my husband is next and my son after that! The will have your whole family's teeth on point! Did I mention EVERY staff member is the bomb! I've been to EVERY one so I know! Lol! They are 5 star for sure!!!!!

The RJ Orthodontics team has been awesome. From the consultation before braces to my braces removal, the doctors and reception team have been incredibly welcoming and thorough. I have wanted straight teeth for forever, and they made that happen in less than 18 months. Highly recommend them. I commuted from South Austin an hour to each appointment, and it was worth it. Just finished my treatment with Alyssa, who made the braces removal process a breeze. Very kind and professional team here. I am so happy with my experience.
