Staff are very friendly down home type, just a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere and very professional

I would give zero stars, but it was not an option. I currently have a collection notice on my credit report from this place. I have never gone a day in my life without dental insurance. They failed to change my name when I got married, submitted a claim with my previous last name, and the claim was denied. Instead of resolving the issue, they swept it under the rug and I was unaware for months. I received a notice and promptly called to sort it out. This was in 2016. It is now 2018 and they are now telling me I did not have insurance and owe the fees. I do not owe anything because I had/still have insurance. This office has also recently changed names because of fraudulent charges against patients and insurance... Now I am fighting to get this off of my credit report and they are refusing to return my calls. I have written them a formal letter informing them of myself retaining legal counsel in this matter and they left me one brief message reminding me that I do not have insurance. Beware of this practice!!
