Y'all. I had an awful fall while walking on uneven pavement that busted my lip, chipped a tooth and knocked my jaw all out of whack. I called Riviera Dental and they worked me in immediately. Dr. McLemore could not have been more attentive and caring! I told him I'd spent a lot of time in the ER, and I just couldn't handle any more pain. He very gently ground the tooth and X-rayed my jaw. Absolutely no pain and I was so happy to know that he will be sure that my teeth and jaw will be as good as new. All of the staff were courteous, but even more importantly, they made me feel cared for and at ease. I highly recommend Riviera Dental!

I was accepted as a new patient and went for the first time today. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Jennifer was my tech and she is awesome. She was very attentive and explained all she was doing. Dr. Trotter was awesome as well. Thanks for a great first experience!

Dr Trotter is the best at alleviating dental anxiety of the worst kind. ME! She is so knowledgeable. She is just simply an awesome dentist. And an even more amazing human.

Excellent Dentist. I really miss Ms. Trotter. I had to go else where when covid hit. I keep my schedule every 6 months. I would switch back but lack of office hours and friday open half a day No late evenings and no saturdays. I need to move our family dental records. They are really good people.

I positively LOVE Dr. Trotter. I personally ONLY recommend Dr. Trotter she is a wonderful and I have seen her for many years.

Love them. I always hated going to the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned but I love going now. Susan is great. Update December 2020. I love this practice. I have used them since we first moved here in 2012. We will be moving out of the area soon and I can not tell how sad I am to be losing my dentist Dr McLemore and my Hygienist Susan Mothershed. I love these people. The office staff is great. My husband uses Dr Trotter and she is also great. Dr McLemore is the kindest sweetest man. I have had to call on weekends to the emergency number when dental emergencies came up and the staff is great. He has worked me in when problems came up during the week and gone beyond and above in taking care of me and teeth. If you are afraid or dentists or cleanings these two will restore your trust in dentistry. I only hope I find a new dentist and hygienist in my new city that can compare. They will have big shoes to fill. I love my cleanings so much I go 3-4 times a year and pay out of pocket. Great team great staff. I literally can not say enough good things about them. Procedures I've had done include fillings, tooth extraction, bone graft for implant, crowns, cleanings, deep cleaning etc. during covid I feel absolutely safe going there. You wait in your car for them to come out. Take your temperature. No visitors or people in the lobby. They even are open 7 am to 7 pm some days to accommodate their patients work schedules. Safe clean environment.

I used to be scared to go to the dentist. Terrified really. Overtime and with patience Dr. McLemore and team have calmed my fears. I now look forward to seeing them yet still would rather see them at our favorite restaurant!

The best dental experience I have ever had! The dentists are top notch and my hygienist AJ was amazing!! Can't recommend this place enough!!! So glad I found Riviera!

I am 50 years old and have been to my fair share of Dentist but this is by FAR the best dental office in the country!! Dr JoEllen Havron is the best there is. I have been seeing her for a year once per month. Her professionalism is impeccable! She is sincere in her care for her patients. Every one at this office is courteous and makes you feel like you are the most important patient they have no matter how busy they are. I used to have immense anxiety when I would go to a dentist but thanks to JoEllen and her team , no more! I have also seen Dr Trotter before and she is also wonderful! I just love everyone there! They really have their act together! I could go on and on about how great they are but I think it would be redundant. Thank you Dr Havron....

They should list on their website that they are not accepting new patients. I called and left a message and received a very abrupt "we aren't accepting new patients, sorry". There was no sincerity in the apology nor a recommendation given such as being placed on a back up list. Very upset about this interaction.

Dr. Havron is the absolute BEST ever. She is patient, kind, friendly, very caring, and has a welcoming and warm personality. And she is very knowledgeable.

After going to this office for 5 years, I was surprised starting today that there is now an extra $40 copay. They said they mailed me a notice in May but could not produce the letter. Last year they did x-rays and they took extra x-rays that were not covered by insurance. How convenient, Scam!!
