Theresa is our treatment coordinator and has been an integral part of our team since 1996, assisting patients with scheduling and understanding their treatment needs. She and her husband, Jeff, enjoy spending time together landscaping their yard, operating their upholstery business, and spending time with family and friends and their chow, Meea. Theresa also volunteers forsuicide prevention.
Tina is our insurance specialist and has been working in dentistry since 2002. Previously she worked with a large corporate dental insurance company and understands all facets of dental insurance very well. Tina and her husband have two children and in her free time she enjoys working with guide dogs for the blind as well as shopping, sewing and knitting.
Susan is our scheduling coordinator and receptionist and has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She is very much a people person who enjoys getting to know new patients and always loves seeing the many patients she has come to know over the years. Susan was born and raised in the Wenatchee valley and has loved living here with the 4 seasons all of her life. She enjoys traveling but always glad to come home. Susan is very active at Grace Lutheran Church and loves volunteering and being a part of her church family. She also loves her time with family and friends, playing card games, watching movies, sharing meals together and just being more spontaneous as time goes on. Her dad just turned 90 and they spend a lot of great time together. She has 2 cates to come home to that are a special part of family as wellTom and Miles.
Angie is from the Everett area and has been in the dental field since 2004. She moved to the Wenatchee valley in 2016 to join our team. Her and her husband, Jameson have two children and wanted a more laid back, smaller town feel in which to raise their family. She enjoys the outdoors, camping as well as crafting and sewing. She has a huge heart for the disabled community as she has experienced life first-hand with her little brother being born with multiple disabilities. One thing Angie lives by is Everyone smiles in the same language!
Katie has lived in the upper valley her whole life. She graduated from Cascade High School in 2005. She attended Dental Assisting Training Center the fall of 2005. Katie has an 8 year old son, who means the world to her. What she loves most about her job is getting to know patients and making them feel comfortable. She also enjoys the outdoors, hiking and being around water. Katie could not imagine living anywhere else.
Paulie has been working in dentistry since 1985 after graduating from Eastmont High School and has been part of our team since 2007. She enjoys the changing technology in dentistry that allows her to better serve our patients. Paulie has two boys, Connor and Blake and enjoys being a mom and spending time with her family.
Sara was born and raised in the Wenatchee area and has been a part of our team since 2017. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family as well as everything outdoors including jet skiing, boating, and occasionally snowmobiling. Sara is also currently in school pursuing a career in Dental Hygiene. Her favorite part about her position in our office is the opportunity to build connections with our patients.
Jena graduated from the University of Washington in 2012 and is happy to have returned home to the Wenatchee valley. She and her husband, Joe enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as skiing, biking and hiking. Her focus in our office is building long-term, trusting relationships allowing for individualized, patient-involved treatment planning.
Jessica started off doing sterilization in our office while getting prerequisites for hygiene school. She attended Columbia Basin College, where she received an associates in science and dental hygiene in 2016. Jessica enjoys getting to work with people and strives for patient comfort. She also enjoys biking, hiking and running as well as spending time with her family. She has a son and three dogs that she also enjoys.
Lacy grew up in the Wenatchee Valley and attended Yakima Valley College, where she graduated with honors, majoring in associates of science and dental hygiene in 2005. She is up to date on current technology and practices and enjoys teaching each patient about oral health. Lacy and her husband, Scott, enjoy being with family and playing with their daughters, Addison, Lyla, and Audrey.
Michelle graduated with a Bachelors degree from Eastern Washington University in 2006 and graduated magna cum laude. She has been part of our team since 2010 after working in a specialty periodontal office treating advanced periodontal conditions. Michelle and her husband have two sons and enjoy family time as well as being involved in their church.
Stephanie is a transplant to the Wenatchee Valley after growing up in Oregon.She began her career as a dental hygienist in 1999 after earning her Bachelors degree from theOregon Institute of Technology and has been integral in our hygiene team since 2010.Stephanie keeps busy with her three boys running, hiking, skiing, biking and exploring the things our beautiful valley has to offer!

Everyone At Riverway is outstanding, they are friendly, caring, professional, and treat me like a family member. It's comforting to know that any problems I have will expertly and quickly be taken care of by folks who treat me like family. The hygienists and assistants are very knowledgeable and current using the latest tech to X-ray, clean and polish my teeth quickly and make helpful suggestions that help with maintaining my teeth. The Dentists are friendly and willing to take extra time to answer all my questions and include me in any decisions about filings, repairs, and care planning. When a cavity needs to be filled it is done quickly and painlessly. The receptionists are very good at finding an opening that fits my schedule and are up to date in billing the insurance. When I need to schedule a visit or change a visit time or date they are always able to work with me to get me in quickly. Just this week I had a scheduling conflict and they were able to get me in at a much better time and day. When I realized at 8:30 this morning that I was out of my premedication the receptionists were able to have it at thier desk by 9:00 am. Everyone has adjusted to the COVID protocol be wearing masks, keeping everything sterilized, and having sanitizer available. I really like being able to call in before my appointment time and wait in my vehicle and have the receptionists call my cell, rather then wait in a waiting room with possible COVID Exposure. This really is a Family practice.

I was very impressed with with the staff on my first visit. Stephanie did a great job cleaning and was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Alexander was personable and quickly fixed a bite problem I have had for a long time. It was a pain free experience, and both Stephanie and Dr. Alexander were very professional. I would highly recommend this practice.

My experience with Riverway Family Dental was wonderful. From the staff, to the hygienist and Dr. Alexander, I felt that they were honest and informative about my care needs. They listened to my past experiences and relationship with prior dental associations to know what I wanted for care and a program going forward. The name "Family" is very appropriate with there name. I am very happy with my association with them.

My daughter took me to see Dr. Jeffery because of issues with a new lower denture that a previous dentist, after many visits seemed not able to figure out the difficulties of not fitting, so one visit with Dr. Jeffery and it is much better. Now our whole family has Dr. Jeffery and very happy to have a great dentist.
