I would highly recommend RiverWalk Family Dental! Dr. Jill and her hygienist Kate always take such great care of me! The facility is top notch and all the staff from receptionist to billing are friendly, professional and take time to answer any questions you may have.

Michelle is amazing! Have never felt such ease going to the dentist. She is very knowledgeable, does an outstanding job and makes you feel like you are spending time with a friend, not getting your teeth cleaned. Before meeting her I never requested specific hygienists but it makes all the difference! I highly recommend her and Riverwalk dental :)

Our family LOVES RiverWalk Family Dental! The staff all greet with a welcoming smile. We always leave understanding anything we may need to do to best adhere to our dental plans. We have had dental care in the past that is subpar so definitely appreciate RiverWalk dental in ensuring exceptional, quality dentistry! Plus they are in a great location in downtown Naperville!!!

Everyone at RiverWalk Family Dental is wonderful!! They are all so friendly, kind, helpful and super professional. Dr. Van Dyke did such an amazing job on my teeth and every time I have an appointment I receive quality treatment while feeling comfortable to ask any questions. We brought my daughter in to have her teeth cleaned for the first time ever. Michelle Grover was so patient, kind, and friendly with her. Michelle took the time to explain all of the tools she would be using and made sure my daughter was comfortable and understood everything that she would have to do to clean her teeth. My daughter said she had fun and she can't wait to come back! They even let her select a toy from their treasure chest on the way out! Highly recommend Riverwalk Family Dental & I will ask for Michelle the next time we come back!

Riverwalk Family Dental is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to (and I'm a tough critic). The entire staff is very friendly and you're treated as a top priority every step of the way. They make you feel at home and they genuinely remember you on a personal level - it's refreshing. Dr. Jill is great, she's extremely smart and incredible at what she does. She never makes me feel rushed and she's always willing to answer my laundry list of questions - each response in a very comprehensible way. It's clear that Dr. Jill is committed to the care of her patients. For years I dreaded going to the dentist but at Riverwalk Dental with Michelle G as my hygienist I no longer dread it. Michelle G is the best - she is thorough, cleanings are painless and she's always willing to answer my questions. I elected to get Invisalign, which can be a very long stressful process but at each visit Gail helped me throughout the entire process, and it was anything but stressful. The entire staff always goes above and beyond, a prime example was when Mayra helped on more than one occasion to resolve a claim issue with my insurance provider. If you're looking for a new dentist, you just found it.

This is an amazing office, very clean and beautiful. My hygienist, Maureen did a very thorough cleaning. All the doctors are great and always address any concerns I have. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience at Riverwalk Family Dental!! My 2-year-old was approached with such kindness and the staff went above and beyond to explain all the tools to her before using them. I had low expectations to what they would allow her to do, but they were able to clean and floss her teeth! She was so excited to pick from the treasure chest when she was done. Amazing experience!

The facilities of River Walk Family Dental are very impressive. Their location is close to downtown Naperville and is easy to get to, and has plenty of parking available. Their staff are very personable and extremely efficient. They greet you with a smile and process your visit with ease. But one goes to the dentist for services and this group really provides top notch service and care. At every stage of your visit, they explain what to expect and provide exceptional care. This dental practice is first class and truly exceptional.

Just moved to the area and went to this dental facility as it's covered under my insurance. My experience was outstanding! My hygienist, Michelle, took the extra time with me to make sure I had a positive experience. Many dread going to the dentist, but I definitely do not after this experience! Looking forward to returning in the future.
