Dr. Norman Don comes from a family of dentists. Born and raised in Tucson, Norman attended the University of Arizona, and fast tracked his way into dental school in 3 years. He earned his dental degree at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California. He returned to Tucson in 1983, joining his father and brother in their dental office. Dr. Dons brothers are now both specialists in the dental fields of orthodontics and periodontics. Norman has two children, his son (and associate), Dr. Colin Don, and his daughter, Dr. Abby Don, who is a veterinarian in Tucson.
Dr. Kacy LaFleur is part of the Don dental family. Married to Dr. Norman Dons brother, Damon. Kacy grew up in Southern California. She earned her dental degree at the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry and moved to Tucson in 1987. Kacy is the mother of two boys, who are currently in dental schools in Oklahoma and Oregon.
Dr. Colin Don is the latest addition to our office, as well as the latest addition to what is jokingly referred to as the Don Dental Dynasty. Born and raised in Tucson, Colin completed bachelors degrees in Biology and Anthropology at the University of Denver in Denver, CO, before getting his DDS degree at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He also completed a yearlong Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program through NYU, which was based at El Rio, a local community healthcare center, in Tucson.

I've been coming here for the past 10 years after it was recommended to me by a coworker. I absolutely love this location! The staff are so helpful, the dental hygienists are very accommodating, and Dr. Don is incredibly friendly. I know he's retiring soon and his nephew Ben is taking over, and he's equally professional. I recommend this location to everyone!

I have been with the Don Dental Dynasty since the beginning of time. When I discovered the original Don, Anthony, was truly a painless dentist, I knew I'd found my dental home. His son, Norman, and grandson, Colin, both have that same light touch. Plus they are funny and always lift my mood. And a shout out to my very thorough and delightful hygienist, Brianna, as well. If I could give ten stars, I would.

It was two days before my son was flying me out to SF to see a NBA finals basketball game and my tooth was killing me. I was referred to Dr Don by another dentist so I called and was able to come in 4 hrs later. Dr Don removed my tooth and had my denture with the new tooth at 11:30 am the next day. He couldn't have been nicer! Now I'm going the Chase Center to watch the Warriors win because of Dr Don's wizardry.

I love this place so much. It's taken me so long to find a good dentist. Everyone in the office is so friendly and they always seem to squeeze me in despite how "poppin" it is in there. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes (WOW!) I'm a relatively new patient but I'm always excited to catch up with the people there. They give you the time and attention you need and you always leave looking better than you did when you came in.

I am someone that has had a LOT of bad experiences with dentists and hygienists. But I saw Brittany for the second time yesterday (after not going to the dentist for 2 years because of COVID). She was SO nice and SO careful (I had a LOT of tartar build-up after 2 years and even when she was scraping below my gum-line it didn't hurt a bit!) I don't think I've ever had a better hygienist!!! She also pointed out they had HEPA filters in every room (because of COVID). Overall a FANTASTIC experience (and this from someone with a LOT of anxiety about the whole process!). THANK YOU, BRITTANY!!

My husband and I are snowbirds and both ended up with dental issues. We came to Dr Don (Norman) and have been so impressed. He is wonderful, caring and thorough. We both highly recommend this practice.

l had appointment today to have my teeth clean with Brea and love the service and had a good time talking to Brea and was very comfortable talking to Brea and very caring person and a very cool person would have clean my teeth anytime and. Rule The world

I've been going to Riverwalk Dental for years - first as a patient of Dr. Norman Don, and now of Dr. Colin Don. Both are fantastic dentists, and really put me at ease as an otherwise nervous dentist-goer. Beyond the care provided by the dentists themselves, the staff is excellent from top down. From welcoming staff in the waiting room, to career hygienists like Judy (excellent!) who've been with the business for years, this place is top notch. No need to look any further for your next dentist.
