Dr. Lattner was born and raised in Dubuque Iowa and attended St. Columbkilles Grade School and Wahlert Catholic High School. He attended the University of Iowa from 1971- 1979 while receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1975 and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1979. After that he served on active duty in the United States Air Force as a dentist from 1979 2000. He was stationed at four different bases in the U.S. and four bases in foreign Countries including California, Texas, South Carolina, Illinois, Turkey, The Netherlands, Great Britain and Germany.

Dr. Lattner attended a prosthodontic specialty residency from 1991- 1994 and achieved a Master of the Science of Dentistry degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He received a specialty Board Certification from the American Board of Prosthodontics in 1996. Dr. Lattner then served in professional dental education as an Adjunct Professor of Prosthodontics at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry from 2002- 2008. He has provided specialty and general dental services in private practice in Dubuque since 2000.

Dr. Adam Shroyer received his BA in chemistry from Iowa State University then his DDS from the University of Iowa in 2015. Since 2017 he has been practicing dentistry in Dubuque. Dr. Shroyers professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and Christian Medical and Dental Association. When Dr. Shroyer is not at the office, he and his wife have four young children to keep them busy. He also enjoys camping, hiking, trout fishing, fitness, woodworking and being involved with their local church.

Megan graduated from NICC with a dental assisting degree in 2009. Megan has specialized training in Sleep Apnea, TMJ, and Denture Repair and Reline. She has been a dental assistant for 9 years and has 4 years office manager experience. Megan is a registered dental assistant, certified dental assistant, and has expanded functions in dental assisting. She is devoted to being able to assist in giving patients the best possible care and most pleasant visit to our office. In her free time she enjoys being outside, playing volleyball, and everything crafty. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, their son and dog.

Rhonda has a dental assisting degree from NICC. Rhonda has over 26 years of chair side assisting experience and training occlusion, setting up articulations and doing lab work with bite splints and denture preparation. Rhonda went into the dental field because she is passionate about helping patients rehabilitate their mouths back to function & help create beautiful aesthetic results. Rhonda enjoys reading, playing the flute, going to children's functions with her children and husband and teaching faith.

Mary has over thirty years of experience in the medical and dental fields. She loves working with people and helping them understand the financial aspects of dentistry. Mary strives to help patients understand the costs and financial aspects of their dental care in a caring, compassionate and professional way. She is always there to listen and always has a smile on her face. She lives in Dubuque with her husband Mike and has two married sons and five grandchildren. Blake, Cole, Rebekah, Ethan and Thomas. Mary enjoys swimming in her pool and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Sarah has a dental assisting degree with NICC and a dental hygiene degree with Hawkeye Community College. She has been practicing dentistry for over 15 years. Sara likes the one on one personal aspect of working with patients and making a difference in someones overall health. Her patient philosophy is to give the patient the information they need to better themselves and letting them do what they want with that information. In her free time, she enjoys boating, spending time with her family and friends.

Josie got her Dental Hygiene degree from Kirkwood Community College in 2018. Josie wanted to get into the dental field because she wanted to help people and loves to make people smile. She loves getting to know every patient personally and makes each patient feel like they are at home. Josie loves going to the gym and watching Netflix in her free time. She and her husband, Brad live in Dubuque with their dog Harley.

Jami has her dental assisting degree with NICC. She has been a dental assistant for 6 years. Jami enjoys helping people feel better about themselves when they have a great smile. Jami strives to provide great care with a friendly smile. Jami enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs on the river and traveling.

Amanda has been a dental assistant for 10 years. Amanda is expanded function trained in applying liners, bases, desensitizing agents, bonding agents, pulp vitality testing, placing and removing gingival retraction cord, occlusal registrations, fabrication and removal of provisional restorations, final impressions and placement and removal of dry socket medication. Amanda takes pride in helping to provide a calm and comfortable dental experience for all patients.
