I have been going to Dr. snow and Terri for 17 years. I have had almost everything imaginable done, including extractions, fillings and implants. Dr. Snow has always done a great job, and I am so grateful for this office!

It's always a pleasant experience at Riverview Dental from the warm welcome at check-in, my wonderful hygienist Fran, and the bubbly Dr Pullin. Everyone is very professional!

Dr. Snow has been my dentist for years, even before moving into this new location. The dental hygienists are very thorough in their cleaning and checkups, and Dr. Snow has the knowledge and experience to offer help with any dental issue I've encountered. The waiting area and building is inviting and clean.

Dr. Snow has been taking care of my family for about 8 years. I have zero complaints. We have 6 kids; he and his staff are excellent with them. I do think the service costs more only because they aren't contracted to do discounts, so you pay anything over your insurance allotment. For us this is usually around $6 per cleaning. This is well worth it for the amazing service, pleasant climate and super clean environment. If you're concerned about costs they will tell you upfront what the expected out-of-pockets and are patient with payment.

I scheduled an appointment for a dental cleaning. No issues with my teeth. Simply routine maintenance. At the time I scheduled the appointment I told them what insurance I had and they stated that it would be covered. No problems. I show up for my appointment, n time at 8:15am, with my dental insurance card in hand. They perform the paperwork intake and all is well to that point. I get settled into the chair. Abruptly, in the middle of the process I was informed that due to time constraints, and that would be THEIR time constraints, not mine, that they would not be able to finish that day and that I would only receive a 'partial' cleaning. I would need to reschedule to do the other half at a later date. My appointment was at 8:15am. I was on time. Yet there they stood telling me they had no time to provide me with the services we had agreed upon. After setting up another appointment to finish the routing cleaning out the door I go. Fast forward about 30 days later and I get a bill for this 'partial' cleaning. $219.00. Yes ladies and gentlemen, $219. For a 'partial' cleaning. WITH my dental insurance. Many would consider that criminal. Think of a company detailing your car. And in the middle of detailing it they up and announce that they do not have time to finish the job. Oh, and here is the bill. Or someone cutting half your hair and telling you that you will have to come back later because they do not have time to finish. Oh, and here is a bill. Or someone manicuring 4 of your 10 fingers then stopping because they don't have time to finish. Oh, and here is the bill. Or a restaurant giving you half your food because they don't have time to cook it. Oh, and here is your bill. It pretty much applies to any service that they do a partial job and then demand payment. Again, many would consider that criminal.

The work they did was great! Although the Customer service aspect of this individual firm. No stars for that, they are very rude the manager was even rude. Make sure you have things in writing and receipts of everything when you go here. But again the work they did was great. Just the attitudes the employees have at this place are insane. Especially when your speaking over the phone.

I went there with a bad tooth ache, they got me right in and went to work. I highly recommend this place. They are very nice, make you feel comfortable and genuinely care about your well being. Great staff and wonderful place.
