Returning to his home in the Boise area, Dr. Brown opened his dental practice in Southeast Boise where he lives with his wife Alexis and their three young children Jayden, Owen and Indie. Dr Brown enjoys family time, exploring the outdoors, playing basketball, and riding his motorcycle.
I had my first visit to Dr. Browns office today and it was nothing short of amazing! I have severe anxiety stemming from many, many, many hours spent in the dental chair from ages 15-18. Needless to say, anxiety often wins in the battle over yearly checkups and regular maintenance for me (I know this only compounds the problem when I actually DO make it to the dentist). I had a filling fall out last week and needed to be seen, I couldnt put it off any longer
Best Dentist in all of the Treasure Valley. Dr. Brown is fantastic!! I had a root canal done today, and he did an incredible job. I didnt feel the numbing shot at all, and after the numbing wore off, I had no pain or swelling. Highly recommend Dr. Brown!!~H. Kemp
I had to have 2 extractions today and feer the dentist. They dis a great job of keeping me calm. Very professional . and did i mention i was a walk in and they got me in super fast .. i will go here from now on .. ~F. White

I chose this Dental Office based on Google reviews and was so pleased with how Dr. Thomas handled my front chipped tooth. His expertise at fixing it far exceeded my expectations! The dental hygienist did a thorough and fantastic job also!

Easily one of the best experiences I've had in a dental office. Dr. Brown was great and the hygienist lexi who cleaned my teeth is basically a super model.

Always professional and so friendly! They really make this adult big baby feel comfortable in the chair. Dr. Brown and his entire staff has the patience of Job! There is literally nothing i can say negative about this dental office!

Okay first of all, they ACTUALLY answer the phone, it's not a robot. Second the staff is beautiful and so kind and you can tell they all respect each other. Third they have heated massage density chairs so you can literally relax in their chairs while they're doing what they need to!! I was told that I needed a root canal from another place and was sent away with a broken tooth and missing filling from a cavity that I had filled a while ago and not only did they do an exam but they ran tests, concluded that I didn't need a root canal, AND filled the tooth day of without having to reschedule. So 100% recommend them as they are so sweet, reasonably priced, and know what they are doing! Thank you for making my frantic week of calling every dentist and getting booked out 2 months away for a root canal to a next day appointment and finishing what needs to be done on the spot. You guys are awesome.

Thank you Doctor Brown and your staff for being awesome! Doctor Brown has provided my dental care since 2013ish. :) Back in the day when Elio Motors threatened to release a sweet car. We dug it, but we're still waiting. Riverview has outstanding individual and family dental plans if your employer doesn't provide one. I travel from out of state, because, well they're the best! Plus Doc Brown likes to talk about cryptocurrencies and other nerdy stuff, but I promise not to fab the abutment for my crown. I think Eric is still shaking his head! :') The lab fixed it perfectly!

Update: 07/08/2019: I cancelled my appointment with them (that I preappointed last year) and they never received my cancellation, and they told me that there is a cancellation fee and I told them that I had responded to their message and told them that I was not going to make it, and had to send proof. Again, I understand that it stinks to have a spot that isn't filled for your doctor(s) but when you work in an optometry office as an office manager, unfortunately your job comes first. They need to fix their automated system or whatever needs to, so they aren't threatening to charge people cancellation fees when people have already cancelled weeks again. Update: 01/07/2019: Unfortunately, it seems like they are now charging for rescheduling appointments. I understand that it stinks to have a spot that isn't filled for your doctor(s) but sometimes life happens. For myself, I work in a busy optometry office, and when I was rescheduling my exams, most of time time it was at the last minute because my employee at the time was unreliable - Now they require a 48 hour notice to reschedule your exam, or pay a $50 fee. Update: I had some life stuff come up and I had to reschedule my appointment for a cleaning a couple of times and they have been more than accommodating, without any threats of "if you reschedule you'll be charged x amount of money" or whatever a lot of other places do! This place has a client for life at this point! Let me preface this by saying that I really, really, really hate dentists. I avoid them until I can't anymore. That being said, I think I've found my new dentist... I do not have insurance and broke my tooth. They got me in the day after I contacted them (I contacted them after hours) and fixed me up with their in house plan to make sure that I am taken care of, but doing so within my means. The doctor is great, gentle, and very nice. His staff is helpful and caring. I'll be bringing my husband in as well!
