Dr. Primrose and his wife Ali both grew up in Issaquah, WA and graduated together from Issaquah High School in 2009. He then set out for adventure in Colorado where he studied Biology, Chemistry and Physics at the University of Denver.
Dr. Primrose returned home and received his DDS from the University of Washington in 2017. During his time at UW Dr. Primrose received multiple awards for his achievements in the departments of periodontics, restorative, implant dentistry and hospital dentistry.
Dr. Primrose decided to continue his training and matched to the prestigious General Practice Residency at the Puget Sound VA Hospital. For 12 months he served our veterans and worked alongside specialists, focusing his training on dental surgery, endodontics and comprehensive restorative dentistry.

I just moved to the area and I had a great first visit at RiverTree dental. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a warm fire and cozy chair in the lobby. It made filling out my intake form actually enjoyable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and patient. Dr. Primrose was very knowledgeable about cosmetic dentistry as well as general dentistry. He made me feel secure in my choice of dentist moving forward!

if you are looking for a supportive, caring dental experience, this is the place. The staff are always friendly & concerned with patient welfare. Dr Primrose has great skill, he is charming & supportive and will always explain every step of any & all procedures. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Went in yesterday for the first time. I have always been a nervous patient. They were super respectful. I genuinely felt like I was heard and that I was cared about. I went from anxious patient to can't wait to be back! (I never thought I would be excited to go back to the dentist) They know what they're doing and they are truly doing everything right!

Dr. Primrose got me in at last minute and repaired a chipped tooth. Probably one of the best dental visit experiences I have ever had. He and his staff are exceptional. 5's all day long.

Best dentist I have been to in many, many years. Least stress I have had. He worked fast and did excellent work. Also have had non-stressful and excellent teeth cleaning sessions at River Tree.

I've been to a handful of different dentists and none compare to the wonderful team at RiverTree dental. They made sure I was WELL taken care of and any and all of my issues were carefully and thoroughly listened to. Their whole team exceeded my expectations, once they even pushed back their lunch for me during one of my appointments because I was running late from a meeting. They go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and leave happy. Glad I found them!

I've been going to Rivertree for about 15+ yrs. now. I remember the old building that they were in before Dr. Mayer put up the present one!! Sure I was a little Nervous about "The New Guy" only Natural right?? I've been one to give people New in Business a Shot as I was there myself back in the early 80's when I bought a Deli in NY at 21 yrs old. I sure needed people to give me a Shot, which they did!! Very impressed with Dr. Primrose, a "Regular Guy" with a Good sense of humor. Good Dentist Too!! The Staff is fantastic as well which makes going to the dentist an "Almost Pleasure!!" (Keyword - Almost!!)

I have been a patient of River Tree Dental for over 20 years. Dr Primrose and his staff are hands down the BEST! They take care of you, give you courtesy reminders (which is key for larger families running in every direction) but most importantly, the care I have received (to include kids) is always better than expected.
