Dr. Miller and staff are outstanding. Brandi did a fine job on cleaning. Dr.Joe handled a minor dental bite problem while in Brandi's chair. Always professional with great patient care and concern.

Let's be clear about this, a dental visit is not high on my joy list. However, since I had to go, I could not have been more pleased than I am with Rivertown Dental Care. From the comfortable waiting room to the personable staff AND in my case Dr O'Neal, the visit was pleasant and peaceful. I have not completed my procedure so I will be back, with a smile!

The staff at Rivertown are always professional and courteous. My wait times have always been minimal. I started coming here after it had been 30 years since my last dentist visit. They were very gentle with me and helped me overcome my phobia. My hygienist, Delia, is amazing!

Dr, Chris Miller is an awesome Dentist. I brought my children from a pediatric dentist to Rivertown Dental because the hygienist and doctors have compassion for children who are afraid of dental procedures. The staff is awesome as well! Keep up the great work!

Would rate higher but a little disappointed in cleaning. The extractor to remove saliva was not in place properly and I tried to engage the dental hygienist to let her know. However, she seemed moderately distracted by people coming in who she said hello to and collecting funds in a purple envelope. Not a huge deal, but felt previous cleanings were more thorough. I left with the back of my hair wet from the dripping saliva down my face. I didn't make too much of an issue when it was happening because it's nerve wracking enough having someone in your mouth, without adding to any reason that might annoy the person in there. I sucked it up and knew I could shower later, rinse the more than usual splatter on my face that can happen during a cleaning and wash the spit in my hair.... I'm just happy it was my spit. Grateful for the small stuff. Today it's: 1: if I was going to be showered in spit, it's mine. 2: Dr. Joes friendly demeanor when he came in to do the final assessment on any changes in teeth. He's great (he did not do the cleaning, thus not responsible for saliva shower experience)

What can be said beyond being perfectly satisfied with my results? Nothing! What can be said about a doctor who takes care of his patient (me), who provides outstanding results every time? Nothing! I will say more: As a senior citizen, I've been blessed to have found the right dental professional that has a staff unequivocal to none, because they're superb! Way-To-Go, RTD, Office of Dr. Joe Miller and son!

I had been in excruciating pain for two weeks and was trying to find a new dentist. I have a huge fear of dentists and have had a few bad experiences which heightened my anxiety. I was referred to Rivertown by my principal! I called Rivertown and they were able to get me in quickly. Ms. Michelle and Dr. Chris were awesome! They explained the issue and fixed it right away. The extraction was quick and I didn't feel anything. The care they took of me and I can tell you that I was pleased with the care they took with me. Ms. Michelle made sure to get me in for a cleaning as well that fit my schedule! They've earned new patients! If you are looking for a dental office, please check out Rivertown! Update 10/18/22 I just had my second wisdom tooth take out and I can say it was a breeze... the only discomfort was having to be numbed. I love Dr. Miller and his staff.

The entire staff was friendly. Wait time was minimal to go back. Dr. Joe Miller is an excellent dentist and has a wonderful bedside manner. Recommend this office 100%

I had a wonderful experience at Rivertown dental. The ladies in the front were very kind, and I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment! Regina, my hygienist, was very gentle, kind and professional during my appointment!
