I felt like I was dealing with Flash at the DMV. I was scheduled at 8 am. Still sitting here in the chair an hour later, still waiting for the dentist.I felt like the number one goal was to milk me for as much money as possible.

Dr. Borg and associates are the best. They always strive to help. I recently cracked a tooth; I called right away hoping to get on the schedule within a short time frame. They said come right over. We have been clients for close to 10 years. They know me when I walk in. I highly recommend Riverton Heights Dental. I also just visited their new Herriman office and its state of the art.

I have not been to this location for over 9 months. However, I scheduled an appointment with a new dentist office and they stated I had a claim on 2/1/2022 for a cleaning which I had not been to. After many waisted hours contacting all 3 parties involved, I spoke with Riverton Heights, and they agreed I had not been in on that date and stated they would correct the issue and apologized that was on 4/28/2022. I now received a bill from my new dentist and contacted my insurance. They stated they did not receive an adjustment and suggested I call back Riverton Heights Dental. I went through the same conversation, and they stated they would get it adjusted and call me back today when it's done. I'm leaving the review due to the amount of waisted time on my end after being misled that it was done. I'm disappointed with my experience and hope to provide someone else with guidance that this facility is unorganized to the point of 1. Billing the wrong insurance companies and 2. Misleading people that issues have been corrected when they have not.

Terrible Service. My wife's issue, as it occurred chronologically: 1. (A few years ago)(before I come into the story, so details on this step may be inaccurate) Root canal, a crown was placed. Was told the crown would have a warranty of 4 years in case it falls off. 2. (A little over a year ago) (I'm part of the story from here) Crown falls off, believed to be within initial 4 years. Wife gets it replaced/reglued, but had a bill to pay for it, after insurance coverage. Once again told that if future problem, within certain time (I believe 4 years again), it would be glued again for no cost. 3. Sunday, Crown, along with bond and (possibly?) part of remaining tooth fall off. 4. Monday: Call to schedule appointment. Soonest they had was about 10 days out. Got appt, put on cancellation list. Called back after they closed, and left a message for their emergency, on-call dentist. We explained that more than just the crown fell off, but were told it would most likely be free because it was still in warranty. NEVER received a call back. 5. Tuesday or Wednesday: Appointment was moved up to Friday (only 4-5 days later) After speaking with a family friend, who is a pharmacist by profession, was advised to see about getting an antibiotic prescribed, due to potential gum infection. Called back because the gum appeared infected, and swollen. We were told that an antibiotic couldn't be prescribed because she hadn't been seen within the last 6 months. Later we verified that. She has been seen within the last 6 months. (She fit within that timeframe by just a few days) I called back again shortly before they closed to check up on that, but just got a voicemail. I left a voicemail asking that they call on mine or my wife's cell phone, and provided both numbers. (Hers is currently listed as a secondary on the account, but mine is not) Instead, they called the primary, home phone, which we were unable to monitor the entire next day. So they left a message we couldn't hear until after they closed next day. (Poor customer service) We were never offered an opportunity to go in just to have it looked at and something prescribed. But we were told that they should still be able to work on it 6. Today (Friday) Went in for appointment. Was told that it was swollen so they couldn't work on it (First contradiction) They misplaced the tooth/crown she brought in and it took them a while to find it before they leave. They gave her 3 estimates for different possible procedures, the least expensive was over $200 after insurance. (2nd contradiction) The front desk lady (According to my wife) didn't know how to properly answer many of my wife's questions, and failed to get the dentist back out to help answer questions. The estimate sheet that they said provided, only gave one option. They made her sign the estimate saying she understood the estimates available, even though she didn't, and they wouldn't get anyone to help answer the questions. Then the estimate sheet only discussed one option. We have been very unhappy with their service, and willingness to help. We told them relatively early on that the gums have been causing pain, and they've been very indifferent and cold to the fact that she was in pain. They don't seem to think it's worthy of emergency treatment, but also not worthy of quality care. They've been apathetic, and indifferent. We will be looking for other dentists.

Super friendly and thoughtful staff, from checkin to checkout! They did an amazing job being accommodating to those with special needs. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I love Riverton Heights Dental Care! The staff is always friendly. I've been going to this place for three years now. Dr Brian Borg he is always so caring and nice. I would recommend Dr Borg and this office to everyone I know.

I went to another dentist office just because they were open on a Saturday, hoping that they could help alleviate the pain of a broken tooth. They gave me a cleaning and plan to fix the tooth and other issues is have. So I called Riverton Heights Monday morning and made an appointment for the next day. They had a cancelation and got me in later Monday. Not only did they do a root canal and placed the crown THAT DAY!! They made the crown in the office!! On top of that it was so affordable that I plan on getting other work done soon!! Who would of thought, but they made a root canal quick and painless and painless to my wallet too!! Definitely going back with a better smile!!

Found this place through my insurance site and couldn't be happier. After relocating to the area it's daunting to find a new dentist especially when you loved your last one for over a decade. The front desk was friendly, the place was clean and my tech was gentle and efficient and Dr Borge was nice! I'll be back in 6 months

Doctor Borg came in ready to address all of my dental issues. I used to be terrified of the dentist but this experience changed it all! I actually am looking forward to my next appointment. I'll say it, I'm addicted to my dentist. Thank you Doctor Borg!

Nice people, quick visits, appointments start on time, have never felt any pressure to do any unnecessary dental work in the the more than 5 years I have been going here.

Didn't find the staff to be friendly as others described. Came here because of free teeth whitening promotion. The whitening is causing jaw pain and other problems. Without that promotion, no reason to stay. Called them and left messages and requested appointments online, no call back, I have to follow up myself. Not a place that wants my business that badly. Switching over to stonehaven.

I love getting my cleanings done by Cassidy. She's gentle but makes sure I get a good cleaning. I've had treatment and exams done by both Dr. Borg and Dr. Enslow and they are both fantastic and don't recommend doing unnecessary dental treatment.
