Dr. Kesselman is a top orthodontist and Invisalign provider in the Greenwich, Stamford, and surrounding Fairfield community. Having completed his education at Montefiore Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, he then completed a general practice residency and specialty residency in orthodontics before going into practice in 1994.
Dr. Kesselman has given frequent public lectures on orthodontics and continues to teach orthodontics at Montefiore Medical Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Connecticut State Dental Society, New York State Dental Society and the Greenwich Dental Society.
Stephanie is the newest member of the Riverside Orthodontic's team. She has past experience in General Dentistry as well as Oral Surgery. Stephanie's favorite part about Riverside Orthodontics is getting to joke around with all the children and making our patients feel at home in the office.
Britain has been working in Dentistry for over 10 years. As our new patient coordinator she will be the one to welcome you to our office and spend the necessary time with you to figure out your orthodontic needs and concerns. She is extremely patient and an avid listener, whom wants to make sure your first visit at our office is an excellent one.
Christina comes to Riverside Orthodontics from the Specialty Coffee Industry where she has focused on excellent customer service for the past 5 years. She is excited to meet new patients and greet them at the front desk as our newest receptionist!
Samantha recently joined our Riverside Ortho team as an orthodontic assistant. She has worked in General Dentistry and Orthodontics for the past seven years. Her favorite part about working at Riverside Orthodontics is meeting all the patients, and seeing their new smiles at the end of treatment. In her spare time she enjoys getting together with friends and family, and relaxing with her dog Bo.
In our office, we treat each patient as if they were our own family. We go to extreme lengths to make you feel at ease and comfortable. We understand each person has individual needs and we will meet and exceed your expectations in both our orthodontic treatment and customer service. Unlike most, Dr. Kesselman (Dr. K.) is hands on and is always available should you have any questions.
Our brand new, state of the art office is equipped with lower radiation, digital x-ray equipment and digital photo imaging. We were the first orthodontic office in Greenwich with digital x-rays! Why you ask? To limit our patients exposure to radiation.
No more yucky impressions. We have an iTero Element digital scanner to eliminate most impressions. Intraoral digital scanning is advancing rapidly, and we have the fastest, most accurate technology in the industry.
Aesthetic options. In addition to crystal clear Radiance brackets (braces), we are highly involved with Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. Invisalign straightens teeth using a series of clear, customized, removable appliances called aligners. These orthodontic breakthroughs combine orthodontic expertise and 3-D computer technology.
We have a highly qualified team of certified orthodontic assistants who assist the doctor during treatment. Our assistants have been certified by either the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting or Dental Assisting National Board and are endorsed by the American Association of Orthodontists.

All 3 of my kids went to Dr Kesselman for their braces. The office is great, clean, efficient and very friendly. Dr K uses the latest technology to help you really understand the issue and proposed solutions. He crafts a treatment plan and sticks to it. Thank you for improving our smiles!

If I could give Dr. Kesselman and his entire team 10 stars I would. Dr. Kesselman is an absolute expert in his field. He is honest and realistic about a treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Kesselman for orthodontic work. We all know you could go to the best orthodontist in the word but without a good office team the patient is left annoyed and so much time is wasted on scheduling and waiting. There is no dental/medical office team in Greenwich more proficient and respectful of scheduling and a patient's time than this office. If you have an emergency, they fit you in. If you have to reschedule last minute they do it with ease and cohesion. The entire operation from start to finish runs like a well oiled machine. The Riverside Orthodontic team is an absolute breath of fresh air to work with as opposed to so many offices that over schedule, have ridiculously long wait times and lack of tact when it comes to your time and rescheduling for emergencies .

Dr. Kesselman and his staff have been wonderful both pre and post covid. They run a very efficient practice where visits are expedient. The practice texts reminders of the appointments ensuring our braces are kept right on schedule. When we had a cavity, they worked with us and our dentist to remove the wire and then replace - all within the same day and during the holidays!

All three of my children are patients here and are very comfortable with the staff and doctor! We love them so much even with a move out of state we travel to keep them as their dentist! Highly highly recommend. Super fun place for kids. Tv screens on the ceiling while you are in the chair. Every single one of the staff are courteous and friendly and upbeat.

Very happy with my decision to visit Riverside Orthodontics for Invisalign. Dr. K and his staff are wonderful - always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Riverside Orthodontics. Dr, Kesselman did an outstanding job with my Invisalign treatments-and I was a hard case. His staff is incredibly professional. I was informed upfront about all payments. Scheduling was easy and the email and text appointment reminders are appreciated. I did go to Riverside Ortho during the pandemic and again, they are doing everything they can to make their patients feel they are in a safe environment.

Dr. Kesselman along with his entire team at Riverside Orthodontics are all amazing! They make each patient feel important. I did not think that my sons teeth had hope, but within 15 months the braces were off and my sons teeth are amazing! We cannot thank Dr. Kesselman and Riverside Orthodontics enough. If you are looking for the best doctor then you should 100% go to Dr. Kesselman.

Dr. Kesselman and staff are absolutely amazing! Very professional and welcoming. My kids felt comfortable through the entire process. They always take the time to answer any question you have thoroughly. My son won tickets to The New York Giants game because they always have fun contests at the office.
