Came here for wisdom teeth removal with sedation and all the staff (reception and medical team) were super nice and answered all questions/concerns I had! They were quick to get back to me when I had questions about aftercare/ the procedure itself.

I can't review this office based on dental services but I will on their office customer service or I should say the lack of. I've reached out to them via email and voicemail in order to schedule an appointment. It's been 2 weeks since. Nothing. That's a red flag for me. That's either an unorganized or understaffed front desk.

Professional, kind and efficient staff, great surgeons, clean office, efficient office management. I only go to Riverside Oral Surgeons for all my family's surgical dental care.

I was not a patient but my dentist recommended I see Dr. Perrino because of a possible abscess causing me severe pain. I called their answering service on Sunday evening at 9:30 pm and within 5 minutes Dr. Perrino called me and told me to come in first thing Monday morning at 9 am. Sure enough I had an abscess which he worked on and I'm on my way to recovery. Everyone in the office was friendly, caring and made me feel at ease. Plus on Monday evening Dr. Perrino called to check on me. This is a great center to go to. I highly recommend them.

Hands down one of the best experiences if one has to have oral surgery. Dr. Perrino and his team have an elegant way of working together - it flows very well. Dr. Perrino and his team, from start to finish, walked me through the process (e.g. - the procedure itself, what he found after the procedure, next steps - post op instructions, down to the breakdown of what would be billed to my insurance, and what my portion would be). The appointment did not feel rushed. Dr. Perrino listened, and gave his opinion on questions and concerns I had, and I appreciate his honesty and straightforwardness. I felt as if I was with a trusted friend. Thanks Dr. Perrino and team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Riverside Oral Surgery.

I had four wisdom teeth extracted last year by Dr. Perrino. I was nervous about it but the staff was pleasant enough. Dr Perrino seemed quite interested in doing more surgery then my dentist had recommended which was off putting, especially when I was uneasy about the financial burden of the extraction alone. After getting an "estimate" from the office prior to surgery and paying in full before the procedure, I received a bill for almost the same amount months later. I have since found that when their office said they had called my insurance for the estimate, they only requested a page breakdown rather than a "pre-treatment of estimate" which would have given a more accurate picture of cost. If you are trying to make informed decisions and balance care vs financial burden of health care I would be careful with this office. Their failure to do their due diligence is now costing me double what I had agreed to. The two stars are only for their awesome nurses. Nothing else.

I highly recommend Riverside Oral Surgery, and specially Dr. Richer. I had two wisdom teeth extracted last Saturday, it went smoothly with no complications and I finished within 15 mins. The Staff are very nice and friendly too.

I went in for oral surgery last Thursday, and had three wisdom teeth removed, as well as three others. Dr. Cho was fantastic- extremely kind and patient in answering all of my questions before the procedure- but my experience with the rest of the staff was incredibly disappointing. There were a number of errors made by staff before and after the procedure. I did not receive any information regarding cost of treatment until 20 minutes prior to my appointment, I was nearly out the office door when I was told I would need to come back for a necessary X-ray that someone had forgotten to take post-surgery, I was not given a prescription for pain before leaving the office, nor was my payment taken during my appointment, despite me asking twice prior to the procedure about giving my check to someone. More disappointing than the number of mistakes, however, was the treatment from the staff-- there was not a single apology given to me, my friend, who was asked to drive back to the office to pick up the prescription that they had forgotten to give me, nor to my husband, who was asked to drive back with my check after my friend had already driven back for the prescription. My husband and friend had rearranged their days to help me post-surgery, and instead, spent their time driving back and forth to the office to help correct staff mistakes. The day following the surgery, I called the office, as I wanted to discuss my concerns around these issues, and I was given one generic email address, and one address for the office manager. Immediately after sending my email, the office manager's email bounced back as invalid. I immediately called the office to confirm that address, and my call went unanswered twice. At that point, I left a message requesting a call back with the correct email information. After making yet another mistake and providing me with the wrong email address, no one from the office returned my phone call. I called my dentist the next day to let them know about my experience, and they reached out to Riverside on my behalf. On Wednesday, 5 days after I had sent my email and left my voicemail, I finally received a response from the office manager, who ironically told me that her delay in responding was due to me using the wrong email address, although she acknowledged she did receive the one sent to the generic office address. I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this office, and surprised that any business, especially a medical office, can operate with such little regard for professionalism and patient care. Sadly, as much as I liked Dr. Cho, I just don't feel comfortable returning to this office for my follow-up or implant. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was disappointed but not surprised that nobody got in touch with me following the response from the owner las month. I am now trying to understand a discrepancy on my EOB and the amount I was charged by the office, and the billing department was surprised to find out first, that I didn't have a file there with any information she could give me, and second, that they had not submitted the claim to the health insurance until my phone call. I still have no answers and am waiting on yet another call back.

I am not a good dental patient, I am petrified of dentist as a matter of fact. just knowing I have to go see one puts such fear into me that I have to have another person drive me to an appointment. My teeth were in horrible condition and the pain became unbearable, I let my teeth get into such a horrible state, the only thing they could do was remove them, place implants, bone graphs and new dentures was the only way to help me. My anxiety was through the roof, Then my regular dentist suggested Dr. Richer at Riverside Oral Surgery. As high as my anxiety was walking into the office, just as fast it dissipated. The staff were AMAZING, letting my know everything they were about to do and why it was being done, Dr. Richer then came in and created an environment of trust, he seem to know approaching me and trying to "Dig in there" right off the bat was NOT the right method. He took the time to talk with me and engage me on a very human level. He told me what he thought of the 3d images meant for me, explained what my options were, and never once did he or his team berate me or make me feel horrible for the way I treated my teeth, instead they helped me understand where I was and what was needed to make sure going forward I had a health ability to eat the right foods, that it would take several months before the entire process was complete, let me know what the total cost would be and even showed me how it would all work. This was back in march of 2022, I still have some final phase stuff to be done, but I now have my full upper denture and my implants are in and healing well. The last step is to see them on 5/24/22 then get released for the final perm lower denture that will connect to my implants. I can say with all honesty, I will be able to drive myself to his office and sit in the chair without someone close to me nearby. Dr. Richer and his team at Riverside Oral Surgery did so much more than just dental work, they fixed in me something broken long long ago, the ability to trust a Dentist again. If you are reading this, along with other amazing reviews, take it from one who used to be petrified of dentist, Dr. Richer and his team ARE THE WAY TO GO! I am so thankful for their compassion, their caring and concern, I LOVE the fact on a Saturday that Dr. Richer called me personally to check in on me, this IS my Dentist, and as far as I am concerned, a person filled with the desire to do nothing more than help his patients get better, I am NOT patient number so and so, to them I am Shane and a welcomed member of their extended family and I wouldn't trust any other Doctor like this. I consider it a honor to write a review of them.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Auerbach and the staff at Riverside Oral Surgery! Dr. Auerbach did an awesome job extracting four of my son's wisdom teeth. His patient care and concern really touch my heart. He made himself available to answer my questions and it was obvious that he cares about his patients and their families. The ladies at the front desk, along with the nursing staff that I encountered were knowledgeable, gracious, and kind! Furthermore, the place is immaculate and stylish! I highly recommend Dr. Auerbach and Riverside Oral Surgery. God bless all of you!

Stop looking further for your oral surgery needs, Dr. Auerbach is all you need to know. A few minutes into my consultation visit and I already knew I was in great hands. He was very professional, great on answering all questions I had, and gave me as much time as I needed without making me feel rushed. There's a reason the NJ Devils trust Riverside. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed in just under an hour. Thankfully, he did a great job on that as well as preparing me for what the recovery process would entail. He personally followed up with me the next day to check in on me and see if I was having any complications....which I wasn't, cause he's just that good.

Dr. Auerbach and the staff at Riverside Oral Surgery are extremely nice and professional. They really make you feel very comfortable and cared for. I was there recently for two extractions and bone grafts and they thoroughly explained what to expect during and after the procedures. As a mom of a special needs child, it is greatly appreciated when I can go and be relaxed while having my teeth taken care of. Bonus perk - while listening to music, with my eyes closed and the light on my face, I can almost pretend to be sitting in the sun on a beach!
