Dr. Rosenstock has exceptional bedside manner and follow up after the procedure for any questions I had. He also made me feel at ease during a multi-tooth extraction. Cannot recommend him enough!

I cannot say enough WONDFERFUL praises about my experience with the englewood office of riverside oral surgery. I am forever thankful with how well they took care of me when I was in so much pain and how they really care about their patients. It really meant a lot and I recommend them 100% - best part of it was I walked out with minimum to no pain and that is how I stayed!

Riverside oral surgery man oh man they are such an awesome team. From the front assistant to the dentist assistant to the doctors and young ladies doing the insurance billing. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I was schedule for a consultation Wednesday and Thursday my wisdom tooth and tooth 30 was removed. They sent me home with the coolest shirt ever, like c'mon what dentist office give you a gift bag. Lol however the dentist(Perrino) that pulled my teeth called later in the day and checked on me as well. I'm just so greatful to the team over at riverside oral you guys are rock stars. Thank you for such an amazing service.

Everyone at the office was amazing! Great customer service, friendly, caring. I am very scared of dentists and have neglected going. Dr. Rosenstock was ! phenomenal! I had 3 broken teeth extracted, local, and felt nothing. I have experienced more pain having a cleaning. They are 10 Gold Stars. Dr. Rosenstock communicated every step of the way and was caring. He also has a great sense of humor which helps ease the tension!! Thank You Everyone Maureen

I had a chipped wisdom tooth and my busy schedule prevented me from getting it addressed sooner than I should have done. In any case, it started to hurt and called around to get an appointment to have the tooth removed. I stumbled across Riverside based on reviews. I went to the Englewood location and was impressed by the facility and the wonderful staff. Dr. Rosenstock with his assistant Jasmine performed the surgery under local anesthesia, pulling both the upper and lower wisdom teeth. He was incredible! (local anesthesia was used because I did not have a ride home). He texted later that evening to check in on me. The procedure was nearly painless and incredibly fast. Would highly recommend Riverside for any dental work. Hopefully, I don't have to see him again any time soon. Should I need any work, he's my guy.

Man this place is the bawm, I was recommended by a friend of mine to try the RiverSide Oral Surgeons location in Riverside because she had raving reviews for it, but my insurance was only accepted in the Englewood one so I came here. Dr. Michael Perrino did an amazing job. I went under, got all four of my wisdom teeth removed in an hour and woke up feeling great. I thought only 15 minutes went by. The pain afterwards was so minimal, I only needed an Advil to calm it down. The slight pain when the anesthesia wore off was just bothersome if anything, nothing like the horror stories I've been getting from my other friends. The front desk staff and the helpers there were just as friendly. I think everything was a smooth experience. The doctor called to check up on me too, to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. They sent me home with extra gauze and an instant ice pack and instructions on how to take care of myself for the following 72 hours. Honestly 10/10. Super organized location, sending me my expected invoice ahead of time and calling me to see if I had any questions before the surgery. I personally had none but I could see this as being very comforting to those who are scared and need every detail down to the T. Oh and very professionally handled, I felt like I was in good hands with all the people in the room. [BONUS if you're a female reading this the doctor is really cute JAJAJA]

If I had to give 10 stars I would Dr perrino was incredible and extremely nice and patient for my wisdom teeth removal couldn't ask for more the money and health insurance situation was a little hazy at first, but I had to pay half of my copay which was all good in the end I will be go back for another surgery pretty soon and I hope Dr perrino will work on me again highly recommend him going under for the surgery was painless and effortless as well.

They were extremely helpful guiding us through the process from insurance verification, co-pays all the way through to following up after. The process was smooth and the staff and surgeon, were nice. They put my daughter at ease from beginning to end. Thank you

Dr Perrino was awesome! Explained everything , extremely knowledgeable, professional, and would highly recommend. Dr Auerbach removed my son's wisdom teeth years back and I always recommend him to friends!

Dr. Rosenstock was awesome and the staff were so great. The girls were very helpful when scheduling an appointment for me as soon as possible. The fact that Riverside Oral Surgery has multiple locations made it so easy to find a sooner appointment, when other offices had no availability for months and I could not wait that long!! Prior to my treatment, Hae Na was fantastic when it came to answering my questions and concerns regarding insurance and my portion of the bill. Riverside Oral Surgery (River Edge office) is where I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed 10 years ago and where I chose to go again for my final 2 (Englewood office) and I am so happy I did! I will definitely be referring friends and family here, they really are some of the best when it comes to oral and maxillofacial surgery - you will be in great hands! Thank you for taking care of me Dr. Rosenstock & Staff!

Dr. Rosenstock is a brilliant doctor. I had been putting off having my wisdom teeth extracted for years out of fear. I never imagined the procedure to be so fast and painless. I was walking around normally after just three hours following the procedure, looking like myself. He prescribed some pain meds that I took around the clock for a week following my treatment and I was fine. No major swelling. He performed the surgery with confidence, expert precision and finesse. I highly recommend.

AWFUL. JUST AWFUL. My wife was referred to this office by her dentist for a special kind of x-ray that required special equipment. She paid at the time of her visit. No one told her that there would be an additional charge for the oral surgeon who looked at the x-ray. Some time later she received a bill for that charge. Although it was the first bill for the oral surgeon (as opposed to the x-ray itself), and the first time she learned that there was an additional charge, the bill was marked overdue. She paid that bill. But then she was billed again for the same amount, and threatened with collection. She contacted the billing department and confirmed that they had received payment. Nevertheless, Riverside Oral Surgery sent the (already paid) bill to a collection agency. She contacted the billing department again. But that didn't do any good, because we continue to receive threatening letters from the collection agency. The actual service she received was competent (if overpriced). But the billing was horrible. It seems that this matter will never be resolved. Obviously Riverside Oral Surgery cares nothing about this inconvenience, and has a cavalier attitude toward the possible effects that its incompetent billing practices might have on its clients' credit.

Wow! Many fear going to the dentist or oral surgeon but I have to say the care and compassion at this practice...beyond reproach. I had a complicated case and Dr. Jared took great care of me. Followed up that night with a text to check on me and then a personalized card a few days later in the mail to ensure I was ok. This is a great example of customer service and true care and compassion for your patients. Thanks!

From the moment I called to set an emergency appointment for an I&D, they accommodated me. The entire team are friendly, professional and made me feel super comfortable. Dr Rosenstock was very informative on the procedure I needed and thoroughly executed it. I also want to point out Dr. Rosenstock's assistants, they were so great with me as I felt nervous and helped feel at ease . Always will recommend Riverside. Thank you.

I would never use this office again! After meeting with the doctor to have my daughter's wisdom teeth and pointedly saying she wants to be put under, they give us a a statement of what we need to pay the day of the appointment. On that day my daughter goes in and I pay in full and go wait in my car (Covid rules). I get a call that she wants to be put under. I say well yes that's what was discussed. Well the payment doesn't include this and you'll have to pay additional but it's not that much. How much more, $427.00 which isn't just a little bit more especially when I just paid over $900.00. The girl says I'm so sorry you don't have to pay now we'll bill you. My daughters already prepped in the chair so I say OK. Then I get a bill for several thousand dollars. After a couple of calls I'm told it was never submitted to the insurance. They finally take care of it and I get the bill for $427.00. I pay the bill in full back in November and I'm not only still getting bills, I'm now getting the bill from a collection agency! I've spoken to to the office, I emailed a copy of the paid check. The oral surgeon was fine but there are many good oral surgeons. The grief and aggravation from all of this is NOT worth going to this office. Now I have to be concerned of this being on my credit or my daughter's credit!

The staff at Riverside Oral Surgery is wonderful. Dr. Perrino goes above and beyond in his care of his patients. He is kind, compassionate, attentive and his knowledge of oral surgery is unparalleled. To say that I highly recommend Dr. Perrino, is an understatement.
