Dr. Hansen is awesome . Friendly and very attentive. The staff always makes me feel at home. They are all very careful with my reduced gums and sensitivity in my mouth. I Can't thank them enough. Thanks you, Riverside Family Dental (Dental done correctly)

I really don't know what their deal is; they kept calling me regarding an 'unpaid bill', which I paid for a long time. The management is absolutely a mess, and I came here to fill a vacancy before, the doctor overfilled the vacancy, which makes my gum feels weird. The doctor seems to me is not professional and not patient at all. I was sitting there waiting for the doctor to come for 1 hour!!! Are you kidding me? Not recommend here at all; please just go elsewhere.

Loved this place, the staff is so nice and are great at communication. They are always ready to help and explain anything you don't understand. They always try to work with your schedule and give you whatever time works for you.

The staff at Riverside Family Dental are top notch in my humble opinion. Each time I've been there, they treated me like I am a family member, not like one of many patients. They always showed true interest in me as a person and they always listen to any concerns I have about my teeth. And there is no waiting time - you check in, you're taken to an exam room, and everything that needs to be done begins immediately. Friendly staff, great service, I highly recommend them! 08-15-2022: As I said before, the people at Riverside Family Dental are amazing. Check-in is really quick, especially if you are a regular patient like I am. And the staff still make me feel like I am truly a real person and not just another patient. I highly recommend this clinic for your dental needs.

They never picked up their phone...horrible! Why bother putting a number phone on your business website if you're not going to pickup..right?

I haven't been to the dentist in years! They welcomed me in with open arms and warm smiles. My wife was in before me by a couple of weeks and they remembered her and asked how she was doing after she delivered our baby. They cleaned my teeth perfectly(shout out to Shea). My dentist was super thorough and explained things to me in a way I could understand. 10/10 recommend this place to friends and family and already have.

This is the best dentist I've ever been to. Everyone was very professional and kind and they explained everything they were doing during my visit. Each person that worked on my teeth checked in with me to make sure I wasn't in any pain and they all asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend this dentist.

Very strange experience for a new patient. I called to see if they were accepting new patients but there was no answer. Within a minute or two I received a text saying: "Sorry we missed your call, please leave a message." So I did. I asked if they were accepting new patients. I got a reply! It said yes. I then responded with: "Ok, thanks, when's the soonest appointment?" They went on to tell me that they had a cancellation on Monday and if I would like to come in (that was a few days away) and I gladly accepted. I then responded: "Sure, you do take "XYZ" insurance right?" No response. TWO hours later I asked again. No response. That Monday came and went with no follow up about the appointment etc so I just did not go. Very weird. Not sure if it was a real person or a bot trying to set up the appointment in the first place. I did not call because I was putting trust in their failed system haha. So it goes.

So glad we found such a great dentist. They helped me understand my new insurance, better than the person who signed me up for the plan. All before our appointment too. Their hygienists are great, I love when my teeth feel this clean.

Talk about a friendly staff who makes you feel so comfortable even while getting your teeth drilled. Everyone in the office is helpful and caring about your comfort. Oh and they even have a massage chair so you get a massage while getting your teeth fixed! Loved it!

Dr. Anger/Dr. Hansen + Staff are very kind and friendly. I always feel comfortable when going in. As soon as you get checked in, your called back to get your work done. Quick, efficient and reliable work all around. I love going here!
