I was just at the dentist the dentist that supposed to be cleaning my teeth refused my service do to me having past hip surgery back in 2018 .. She stated I must be medicated prior to having my teeth clean I never heard of that bull clap in my life and stated I need my surgeon to write or send her a written letter stating he will let me get the cleaning with medication ...Today was a racial profile situation and I will never attend that doctor office ever in my life and I send nobody to there dentist office

Made an appointment a month ago gave my insurance and everything. Never received a phone call to confirm my insurance.Called the day of my appointments. The rude reception told me there was no appointment was ever made and they were booked. I told them that I had an appointment it was made a month ago. She told me there was nothing and she couldn't do anything. She could make another appointment for another day. I told her I had an appointment booked already. What's the difference if I should book another appointment for another day if same thing would happen.

I was in pain went to my dentist. But when I went to Dr. Shah she was on point ,honest. Told me exactly it was my gums she gave me medicine and I'm Feeling so much better. I recommend her to anyone that needs a dentist. excellent staff as well.

Anyone needs the service, make sure what's the actual fee schedule. Very tricky when they quote the price. Besides the feisty and angry tone of the main doctor (over the fee) has caused me much more stress and headache as a patient--right after multipel dental treatments for two days in one week (already enough stress and pain but she was too aggressive to me). Whey I called to make schedule, her voice was totally different from today's. Making a scene in front of other patients won't help to creat a positive & professional image!! Please be careful over the price quote over the telephone ...

I ADORE DR SHAH! She is the most gentile dentist. She truly cares about you and remembers you when seeing you. She truly is a gem. I have had horrible experiences in the past, so finding Dr. Shah has been a lifesaver. Her staff is accommodating and they have helped me with dental emergencies. From calling last minute for a mind numbing tooth ache, and they squeezed me in, turned out my wisdom teeth erupted and I had to have surgery. Dr. Shah recommended the Oral Surgeon on the 2nd floor, they were equally amazing in getting me seen and taken care of immediately. I recommend Dr. Shah to everyone. She is truly the best!

I called to make an appointment because I was in pain and the lady on the phone was very concerning and made an appointment for me as soon as possible. Even though I didn't have insurance the prices were less than all the other places I have checked around the area. Dr. Shah is very sweet and soft handed. I highly recommend this dentist.
