Kathleen came to us in June of 2019 with an extensive knowledge of the dental industry. She started her career as a receptionist over 13 years ago and has worked in the dental field since. She has a comprehensive knowledge of dental insurance, procedures and policies within our office. She enjoys spending time with her family, seeing new places and living and enjoying life everyday.

During the pandemic (around December 2020) I had a filling fall out, when I arrived to the office you had to call because of COVID procedures. The assistant came out to my car to take my temperature while wearing gloves. She then proceeded to open the main door for me, have me sanitize my hands, and seat me in the dentist chair. Next, she continued to wear the same dirty gloves to prepare the tools for my procedure as well as assist the dentist during the procedure with the same gloves. I went to my normal dentist (Dr. Glenn) who claimed to have fixed the issue. I continued to have pain in my mouth and spent the next few months going back to the dentist every week trying to get my tooth fixed. The issue never got resolved because I ended up moving after a few months.

Dr. Glenn is a tooth wizard. Very communicative during procedures, and the final product is always extremely high quality. Truthfully I could not be happier with his work. Dr. Glenn's assistant is also very friendly and professional. Their front desk can, at times, be a little slow to respond. I called during off-hours and left a message requesting an emergency visit. The next morning after a few hours of business I called again, got my visit scheduled (again, thank you Dr. Glenn for making time for me and taking my care seriously) and all was well. The next day I got a call from the front desk saying they got my message and were doing what they could to fit me in that day, not realizing the message was two days old and I had been seen the day prior. Not a deal breaker by any means, though. Still extremely satisfied with the service and care provided. Jodi (Jody? Jodee? Not sure on spelling) downstairs with cleanings is fantastic as well. Very patient, friendly and professional. Again, very thankful for the communication given during work. Cannot stress enough how much it can help with anxiety when someone has motorized tools inside your face.

Called for two days trying to get an appt. Due to abscessed tooth ( in alot of pain ) Spoke to 3 different people over the two day period. All of which never returned my phone calls. Last secretary i spoke too was rude to me on the phone then said she would call back and let me know if i could be seen, hung up and never returned my call. Guess they dont need the business that badly (I'm not a new patient) very poor customer service.
