Riverside Dental Associates was a great experience for me. I went in as a new patient and was treated with a very welcoming staff everyone was great! DR james Tsa was very thorough with explaining all that needed to be done to maintain and keep a healthy smile.... His staff was truly amazing and very professional. I also had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist who did an amazing job and who also very thorough with everything as well. I'm very pleased and will definitely be back for future follow ups. Thank you again!

I'm terrible with names, so I don't know the hygienist that did my cleaning, but she was great. Very thorough but made sure I was comfortable. A+++

Awesome experience! I am new to this practice in Haverhill. I've been a patient at the Peabody location for years. So happy that there is a Haverhill location and I found Dr Kim and the Riverside practice!!

When it comes to the doctor and treatment I give this 5 stars, but With the front office I felt no support when it came to figuring out my insurance process. Nothing was done to prevent having to pay an out of pocket price of almost $300 for a cleaning. I was told it would be charged as if I don't have dental coverage with no effort to figure it out with me. This is the second time this has happened. A little effort would have been appreciated.

I like the dentist and hygienist the receptionist is something wrong with her. They asked to be paid before work is done. It seems to me that you don't trust your customers. Overall it's a bad strategy and it's not going to work.

First visit for cleaning. Very thorough. Took pictures of my teeth. Pamela was awesome!!! She showed me the issues I have with my teeth. Also did excellent cleaning of my teeth

I had an issue since getting my braces off in high school, over the years no other dentist recommended I do anything about it.. I wish we took before and after pics, it looks and feels so much better. The filling procedure took less than 30mins, she used the perfect amount of novocaine, and there was absolutely zero pain. This is a great practice. I don't have insurance and I was happy to pay out of pocket for such high quality professionalism. Thank you riverside!!
