Dr. Joo is a talented and caring dentist. The procedure was quick and well done. The care Dr. Joo and the lab technician Mike, put into making my new crown was wonderful, perfect fit and color. The professional staff was very supportive and kind. The Hygienist Tiffany was very thorough and friendly. I love these guys.

Called to make an appt for consultation for braces and to get a regular dental consultation they stated they don't accept dentical but can accept it 1x? It's either your contracted or not based off their website they accept dentical. False advertisement.

I was recommended this office by my mom and it has been such a great experience going here so far. The staff and doctors are amazing and super friendly. They make the process of getting cleanings and braces rather enjoyable and easy. One thing that separates them from other dental offices that I've been to is that they make follow-up phone calls to check up on patients. I appreciate when they call so in case I have further questions or concerns I can let them know then. Overall, my rating is based off the excellent customer service and great experience I've had based off the past 3 months I've been a patient.

My root canal was examined carefully thoroughly through the process of evaluating my pain to the time of finalizing my date to complete the day to do my the root canal. I was given throughl explanation, and was evaluated several times by every doctor on site here. At the end of my results, I was left in great hands of all the doctors here at Riverside Dental & Orthodontics. The work was intense, but the value of it all was greatly appreciated. I felt taken care of, and the price is reasonable, for the process, the careful care, and the way my procedure was very well handled. I loved how I was asked if I was feeling ok, and how everything was carefully worked on with detail and cleanliness. My experience started with many concerns and questions, and the doctor kindly provided knowledge, and what were the aspects of my root canal, and why the nerve had to be removed, and why it had to be done. I recommend this Dental office to all friends and family, because they really do care about your well being. Thank you Riverside Dental & Orthodontics for making my smile look natural and affordable.

I had so many bad experiences with orthodontists and dentist in general the past few years. it's made me develop a phobia to be seen. I started my ortho treatment in April and the orthodontist is beyond wonderful! I am so glad I got my braces done here. The dental assistants have been okay, I had no idea what I could or couldn't eat with fresh braces, it was a little disappointing. I recently came to try our their general dentist and was pleasantly surprised. He is very sweet as well! I had to get a specific cleaning and Tiffany was my dental hygienist shes an angel!!!! Alex the manager was also super kind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for braces or a general dentist.

Went downhill!! Used to be Hospitality Dental and was great but now is awful. Do not go here! Also, very Poor communication and lack of knowledge by the office clerks.

So this review is long over-due, but I have been with Hospitality Dental all of my life and loved the convenience of the office nearby my home. When the switch was made I was a little apprehensive but honestly it became such a nice surprise! The staff was amazing, accommodating and super sweet. They fit me in for all my work to be done at that very appointment. The next day they called to check on me to see how I was feeling. You will be cheating yourself out of a amazing dental experience if you do not go here. Thank you ladies and gents for everything you did for me!

This used to be a great place. Really went downhill. I didn't recognise any of the staff. They just assumed I didn't have insurance and presented me with an all cash bill. Then it took over an hour for them to Find my insurance And present me with the correct rates. The reason for my visit was pain in my tooth. When I ask the doctor to prescribe me something for the pain He ignored my request. The worst experience.

my experience here so far has been so good. I love how everything is so quick. I set an appointment to get braces, went in and left the same day with them on. pricing was super good and everyone has been so nice and helpful every time I go in. I also never have to wait too long to be seen! 5 stars

I haven't been here in years because I didn't have insurance but came back because I don't trust just anyone with my teeth! Even though it's under new ownership the staff is still so friendly and caring! Thank you for taking care of my teeth!

Arrived here for the Ortho consultation and was a pleasant experience from being greeted by polite, helpful receptionist to the lady who did the x-rays and also an outstanding lady named Alex who had a wonderful personality the Doctor listened to what I was looking for and gave great inputs on future steps and finally was Paola she installed the braces fast super professional and insightful and made everything pleasant I highly recommend.
