Yas and Jan was supper helpful and great with my anxiety ! Give them a raise! love them! But Dr Patel I'm sorry today is my last day in your office he doesn't treat people with respect or as a good patient and the assistants that was helping didn't know how to use the tools correctly but over all maybe it was just me but my experience has ended thank you riverside dental

They have amazing receptionist they're very Outgoing and make you feel comfortable. The dentist did an amazing job with the extraction. As so did the dental assistant.

I had my first appointment there yesterday, the staff was very professional. I always have anxiety with dental procedures, but the Riverside Dental staff help you feel so comfortable and at ease. They are also very quick with the setting up appointments and starting treatments too. They do not postpone the appointments to weeks later and they make sure to get in contact with your insurance prior to any big procedures that the insurance may not cover.

I cannot give Riverside dental enough praise! I was having serious tooth pain. I was able to be seen within days and they fixed the problem that day! The girls up front, Jess and Jen went above and beyond to help get me taken care of. They are extremely friendly and caring. Dentist was also very gentle. If you have any dental phobia this place will put you at ease the second you walk through the door.

I went to riverside dental today for the first time and it was a great experience. I needed a filling and they got me in very fast and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor and the staff were amazing. Very highly recommend this office. Thank you again to the staff at riverside!

They did me dirty for my first appointment. NEVER informed me that I needed a certain insurance wasted my time . Mind you I had my INSURANCE card on handy. As soon as I got there there they said I would have to call a certain insurance company and get a denial letter which was weird because I gave my insurance card & im under my parents insurance plans. Won't be back ever. Instead of wasting my time when I could've seen someone else they could've just confirmed with me which type of insurance I had through the phone. & no I won't delete my review freedom of speech. It's what happened . Don't lie to protect your company.

This is gonna be a long one but they deserve all of their flowers! Front end staff- 10/10 The girls up front do not play when it comes to their patients. They will take time to call your insurance company and request an EOB on your behalf and clear up any questions you may have about appointments and most importantly make you feel comfortable. It really means a lot to have a warm welcome upon entry and the ladies ALWAYS make you feel good. As someone that struggles with dental anxiety it is such a relief to know I'm in good hands from start to finish. Clinical Staff- 10/10 The hygienist, the dental assistants, and Dr Manish are all so gentle and patient. I have a lot of work to get done and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I have never gone to a dentist and left feeling so happy and content. No exaggeration, I feel like I'm leaving a spa. I've had multiple procedures done and I've never had any pain or concerns afterwards. When people love what they do it shows in how they treat their patients and each other. I pay attention to how service providers treat patients AND how they communicate with their staff. Riverside is doing an amazing job on all fronts. I can't say enough great things about them all.

Walk in for an emergency Jan was able to help me the same day , she was able to obtain all my insurance information in less than 5 minutes she was pretty awesome and kind , I likeher energy she made me feel comfortable .

Got a root canal and a crown done here. Scheduling was easy, super welcoming atmosphere! They have really updated equipment, and do a thorough job. I definitely recommend!
