This review is not about my dentist, but the office staff. I called to schedule a cleaning, exam, and a crown I know I needed. The dentist did the exam and then I got a high pressure sales pitch. I was told I could not make payments in advance of the procedure (I wanted to make 3 monthly payments and then get the procedure). I was told could only make 3 payments, but they all had to be made within a month ( I could make 1 payment a week). She made me feel poor and bad about the whole situation; it was humiliating. When I repeatedly said that I literally could not afford to do that she then brushed me off and said ok then you can leave. I asked about the cleaning and was told they didn't schedule one for me. She then said I could wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes and they would do it, but by that point I didn't want to anymore. I will never return here even though the dentist was very competent and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. I just got my cleaning and procedure done at another clinic where I had an amazing experience, and wasn't humiliated or felt like I was buying a used car-- much more professional.

We had a great experience at Rivers Edge Dental. All of the staff there were super friendly, competent, and helpful. The dental checkup and cleaning was great and we'll be back for sure. They were also very helpful with insurance questions.

Such an amazing experience! I have bad experiences with previous dentists treating me poorly for having Cavities. Dr. Chang made me feel so comfortable and explained everything fully! The whole experience from my call to setting up my first appointment to now has been smooth and professional!

I've been going here for a while and won't be going anywhere else! It's a small office so you see the same people whenever you come and it really makes the experience a lot more personable. Going to the dentist isn't always the most fun but they really make the best of our it here

Super careful dentist, and really communicative of what my tooth had. He showed me the x-rays, and showed me a scope image. He then talked me through what I should do, doesn't push treatments, but treats what I have really well. The whole office is really friendly.
