My professional mission is to address our world's largest unmet health disparity by providing adequate access to outstanding oral healthcare. My outlook stems from an amalgamation of experiences from my unique upbringing, training, and frequent dental visits as a kid. My personal mission is to continuously hone my skills in patient care and dental research to become a leader in dentistry that is equipped to deliver the most informed, compassionate, and reliable patient care anywhere in the world. It is my goal to enhance smiles, maintain comfort and foster proper oral care that can maintain smiles for a lifetime.
Dr. Sprouse appreciates spending quality time with family, friends and puppy, traveling the world, grilling and cooking. He also enjoys reading, basketball, learning about historical events/places, fishing, and playing classical and jazz saxophone.

They will not work with you if you have to change an appointment. I had a work issue come up and they told me that I could either make my appointment or I would have to wait a 3 weeks. The appointment was to check my invisalign so I would have had the same invisalign in for 5 weeks if I had missed. I am happy that they are successful but once my invisalign are done they will not get any more business from me.

I had a wonderful experience at Rivers Dental. Unfortunately, I had not been to the dentist in 10+ years. Thankfully I wasn't as in bad a shape as I thought I might be. My experience from the staff at the check-in desk, to my hygienist, to meeting Dr Cho, was wonderful. Very professional and friendly! Will definitely be going back there more regularly. Very positive experience!

This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. They're all so nice, gentle, and understanding if you haven't been to a dentist in a while. I initially saw Dr. Sprouse but now see Dr. Cho and they are both excellent. The receptionists and the hygienist are all fantastic, too. My anxiety was sky high the first time I went but now I almost look forward to going (truly never thought I would feel this way about a dentist office). I've been 3 times now and have never had an issue.

Rivers dental care is a 5 star dental office. All of the employees are 5 star as well. They care about you, from checking in, to your dentist, and dental hygienists, and when your checking out. To find a business, or medical business like that today, is rare.

Very friendly and efficient! I am treated more like family than a patient. When I tell them about the areas that are sensitive, they actually listen and adapt to not cause pain during my cleanings or other procedures. Every time I go, they always give me tips on how to improve my teeth health to prevent issues further down the line.

The best teeth cleaning that I had in a long time. They have the latest in technology but they also take the time to go to each tooth and do an an old fashioned teeth cleaning. I was very impressed.
