My family and I have been patients of Dr. Christine Lee for many years. She is a caring dentist and always explains everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend her. I had a terrible toothache the last few days and I am so grateful that she was able to squeeze me in her busy schedule the same day I called... truly amazing! thank you Dr. Lee!

I love love love everything about this place. Yhe facility itself is very clean, bright, open and very much welcoming. Dr. Lee is AMAZING!! She's very professional, thorough, detailed and she even laughed at my jokes . Yen, her assistant is just as pleasant herself, very professional and detailed with my polishing. I haven't been to a dentist in decades and after an exam and cleaning I felt like I left there with a whole new set of teeth. (I wish lol). Dr Lee explained everything that I needed done, answered all my questions. Laura the front desk was amazing at accommodating my follow ups with my hectic work schedule. I will definitely go back with or with out insurance. She is definitely worth it all. I have found my forever dentist . I only regret not have found her sooner. Two-two!!

My appt was messed up twice. In one of my visits with one of the doctor(not dr. Christine lee), part of the tool in her hand flew on my face. Also I'm not noticed before each action she is taken or the side effect of the action. Also the price is not transparent. Usually the reception should provide an estimate for your treatment plan at the beginning but I'm always told how much to pay in the end. I switched dentistry. Worst experience ever

The doctor has no respect and sympathy for patients. The doctor is quite arrogant. I went to see the doctor as an emergency patient on 06/20 at Christine Dental at EI Camino. I was initially diagnosed with a Xray. Then I made an appointment with the doctor at 11:15 at Rivermark for 06/21. *I was told my bottom teeth will be thoroughly treated on 06/21. * However, when I call the front desk on 06/21 morning, the front desk told me the doctor appointment is now at 11:45 and I need to be there around 11:30 to check the insurance information first. I went to the Rivermark place at 11:45. It was my fault to be late for sure. She said she is a very busy person and I need to be on time. I apologized and I told her since I was late, we can immediately start the treatment and check the insurance information later. *Then she told me she has an appointment with another patient at 12 and she can only temporarily treat my bottom teeth for today.* I asked her how long the thorough treatment would take and she told me she needs one hour to treat my bottom teeth thoroughly. She said I have to come back after one week to treat the same teeth thoroughly since she will be on vocation for one week. However, I was told the bottom teeth would be thoroughly treated at the first place on 06/20. First, I want to treat my teeth thoroughly with one appointment since I am in pain. Moreover, I have to pay twice if I have to do one temporary treatment and another following total treatment later, which makes things harder for me economically. So I left and I told here I will call back to reschedule later if needed.

Had a very bad experience with river mark dental. They just know how to squeeze money out of your pockets. No transparency regarding the money they are going to charge. Bad front desk, rude staff. Just not the place to visit for any dental issues. Horrible horrible experience. Response to your comment below Of course the front desk checked my insurance in my first visit and gave me a number to trap me in your cleaning service. After the 2nd round you charged me additional money that was not agreed upon.

First time I feel so confident with a destist. Dr Lee makes you feel like you've known her for years. She is a lot of fun and the most important is that her work is exceptional. Good prices and a big plus for me is that she and her team also speak spanish.
