My family and I have been clients here for a few years and have never had any issues until Tara. She is very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills, as she likes to speak over me when she wants to make a point. She quoted me rates that did not include my insurance, to deter me from setting an appointment. She seemed as if she no longer wanted my business.

I was recently at Riverheart Family Dentistry and let me just say... Wow!. Everyone there was very friendly and made me feel like I was part of the family. I was from out of town and it was a bit of an emergency visit, but it felt like they knew me for years. I can't possibly recommend this place enough. My family that lives in the area may just change their Dentist to Dr. T at Riverheart!

They were extreme rude to my wife and did not explain explain things properly when she asked for more information. They just sent her home without explanation and even when I tried asking for clarification they were not able to provide it. When we tried to talk to the front desk they told us things that were just factually incorrect. They also over charge for everything. I would stay away from this place if I were you.

I was having anl dental emergency over the weekend and messaged them Sunday night on the app. They called me before they opened on Monday morning and got me in by 9am. It turned out that I had an abscessed tooth where I had had a previous root canal. But the office staff and dentist were very quick to get me in and help me out as much as they were able (with my situation I had to go to an endodontist for the rest of the work). They have always been kind and friendly here.

Dr Kennedy and Alannah took very good care of me through my whole process. It took a while to get completed but once my process was finished the results were outstanding!! I have a smile again!! Thank you all for bringing my smile back!!! Office was clean, well lit, and super friendly staff!!!

Words can't adequately express how appreciative I am to Dr. Kennedy and her team. As a military family, we move around often and have seen our fair share of dentists. She genuinely listened to concerns I had from prior dentists and ensured that I was comfortable the entire time. It was the best dental experience I've had and I'm so glad to be under her care.

Absolutely LOVE Riverheart! I travel 50 miles one way just to go here, because they are simply the best. They always make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout every process I've had to go through. Riverheart truly cares about your pain and anxiety, if you have any at all and go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. Special shout-out to Elizabeth for being extra kindhearted during my last visit, it was very much appreciated. I've had extractions and a root canal done by Dr. Schwarz and I will forever recommend him and his team to anyone I know that's looking for a great dentist. Thank you all for always being so kind and helpful.

Great experience. I had hygienist Lindsey. So kind, sweet. Answered all of my questions thoroughly. She did a lovely job. THE WAITING ROOM COUCHES ARE SO SOFT. The room your teeth are done in is also very welcoming. Absolutely coming back. Thank you for being awesome Lindsey!

The staff is consistently professional, friendly, and courteous. The office hours are extremely flexible, with very early and late appointments available to accommodate their patients' schedules. Patient questions are always answered with kind and knowledgeable explanations that are easy to understand. They offer multiple payment plans for all of their services, after what insurance covers. I feel as though the pricing is appropriate for the quality of service received at Riverheart. I recommend them to everybody! I had a root canal done and didn't feel a thing. My daughter & I get Invisalign here - so convenient! And the same price as braces for what we needed. They have buffed a couple fillings for me that felt like they stuck out a little & I'd think I had food on my teeth - they are overly accommodating when it comes to your comfort.

I love this team! They are so very nice and the office is beautiful and very well kept. They make sure to tell you what is happening every step of the way to ease your anxiety and they have great hours, which means I can go after work instead of during. I'm so glad I found them!

Dropped in today with excruciating pain from a broken off cavity and I couldn't be happier that we stopped here!! From the moment I walked in, they put my mind at ease. I left with several options which includes cost totals, a full screening/cleaning to get my dental work back on track, as well as savings options to stay on top of it all. Can't say enough about the hope I have for saving my teeth!! Thank you for being so patient and kind to me today.

Great overall experience! Everyone is very kind and helpful. You tend to forget you are in a dentists office you are so welcomed you feel like you are at home. While going to the dentist is never my favorite, Riverheart does their best to help you forget you are getting dental work!!! Go here if you are in the metro area!

After years of avoiding the dentist like the plague, I chose Riverheart Family Dentistry to treat a tooth I had cracked recently. All signs pointed toward needing a root canal but Dr. Schwarz was able to save it!!! Such a blessing. #notliketheothers

My experience was unbelievable I had a surgeon that took out my entire top row of teeth in July and not only did he overcharged Me by thousands of dollars he also gave me an infection and refused to see me after he had collected all the money that he could on my insurance I called riverheart Family Dentistry and I was able to get another coverage so that I could get my top Dentures this was like three months later when I thought I was going to have to wait until the beginning of January to get more coverage through my dental plan and I walked in and immediately I thought I was in a spa it was just beautiful the office and then the team that worked with me and the dentist I honestly have never been treated that nicely in any medical or dental situation at all and the dentist listen to me he understood when I explained to him that I wanted kind of natural looking dentures because my teeth were pretty big and I didn't want them just bright white and he went over every single type of detail that I had requested and deliver exactly that to me I would refer anybody there for any Dental issues again I've never been treated well and had the best results and because of everyone there in the office I can now smile everyday beautifully with confidence thank you so much,,, I have the most confident that I have had in probably 20 years I hope you guys have a wonderful holiday season
