I rarely ever do a review, but I was compelled to do simply because so many others share my fear and anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Ive been to this dental office twice now, but since I received the same excellent experience the second time I went, I just had to let people know. First off, the front dest is so polite and made it super easy to fill out the necessary paperwork. I didn't have to wait long in the lobby which tells me that they do a good job not overbooking with patients. Both the hygenist and dentist introduced themselves to me and gave details as to what the procedure entailed, rather than just ask me to open up and be quiet. The offer the laughing gas which really really took the edge off. The dentist constantly reassured me that I was going well throughout the procedure and continued to ask how I was feeling during my time there. This was the first time in my adult life that I actaully felt comfortable and relaxed at the dental office. Dr. Hall was very professional and thorough with her instructions for home care and the medications I took home. I even received correspondence days later concerning how I was feeling. I work very hard and it's a wonderful feeling giving my hard earned coin to a business that makes it their to please their customers. I'm so glad I found the perfect place for my smile.

So very happy I found them..Just moved to Madison area, had to find a dentist quickly due to tooth pain. Every single part of this experience was amazing. From the phone call to schedule to the x-rays, tooth filling process, and paying /checking out, every one there is great!! Extremely personable, and helpful. I have had several rocky dental experiences in the past, so I'm always nervous going but they eased my nerves and I will be back. I even scheduled an appointment on the way out. Great team!!

Was in and out in less than an hour and the place was clean and the people was nice. I was scared that I would have to get my teeth removed, but she reassured me that I didn't need to have it done and that she could fix it. The dentist I saw before I moved here was a complete crook and only put wax in my tooth. She shook her head and said that he shouldn't have done that. My teeth have been hurting for a while and have been staying up at night crying and popping Tylenol like M&Ms 'cause I'm in so much pain. Well, she put me on antibiotics and gave me painkillers and was told to come back in 3-4 days to start working on my teeth. Thank God I found her and is having my teeth done before next month. I was hoping to keep my plans I have and, thank God, I can. My birthday is next month and was looking forward to my plans and now I can go through with it. Yaaaa! 5/5 stars. Awesome place. Highly recommend.

Had my wisdom tooth extracted. Was really nervous at first but they done a great job. No pain during the procedure or after.

They've done 5 root canals and crowns and a few fillings for me. Thing is I can still feel things in the teeth that the root canals were done in and the fillings they did to 1 of them fell out and the refuse to fix, and the other were just superficial as the cavity is now on the backside of the tooth. They've also ignored smaller problems with my teeth, instead focusing on the more costly ones. I'm not sure these people really care about helping people, to me they seem to care more about the $.

Hated dentists...until now. Atmosphere sets you at ease...they worked magic of some kind so the dreaded shot was not uncomfortable! For the first time in my life I took the initiative to make follow up appt. to head down the road of regular cleanings, exams. 10 stars!
