They were very kind to me. I am pregnant and they made me feel very comfortable about my decision to go to them. I need 2 root canals. I was in pain so they put me on a antibiotic right away.

zero stars. They ruined my teeth, fired my dentist new dentist won't fix my teeth and they refuse to give my money back. RUN from this place. I've been is pain for at least 6 months. All I wanted was what was promised.

I have been going to Rivergate Dental for 13 years (I have a fear of dentists) and had nothing but great experiences from Dr. Frazier for regular cleanings, exams and a crown. Dr. Frazier has retired and I began seeing Dr. Tibbs who also provided a crown with no problems. Dr. Tibbs is no longer there so I have faith the other dentists will do fine with my cleaning next month but I will update this if I see any issues from front to back. Not ready to leave them yet.

My kids had a dentist appointment actually today and because I haven't been able to call them back due to my mom being in the hospital they canceled my kids appointments and they was ganna be going I just haven't been able to answer the phone. Just because someone doesn't answer doesn't mean they aren't going to show up. This isn't the first time we have had issues with them . Yes my son has had to miss before and I couldn't call because I myself was in the hospital. But for them to just book over our appointment isn't cool at all I definitely don't recommend this place and will be looking for someone else

WARNING!!!!!!Do not go here. I had 3 Schedule appointments. Everyone was cancelled by this office. Today I had a appointment scheduled for 2 months after they cancelled the last one. I called and spoke with Amber to verify I had a appointment Friday July 15th, was told yes at 3:15. Arrived at office at 3pm it was closed. No one called to let me know about this. They can't keep staff or Dentist. This at one time was a very upscale practice, I have been a patient for around 10 years. I Will be looking for. A new Dentist. This place is a scam. Updated post spoke with the office manager a week and a half ago she was supposed to return my call never has the front desk person is Hannah not Amber that's my mistake office manager assured me that she would return my call two days later have not heard a word maybe she is the problem with this practice now since Dr tibbs has left it seems to have fallen apart the office manager's name is Daphne this was a good practice is so sad this has happened !

This place should be shut down. Dr. Tibbs and Dr. Frazier love to tell people that they need expensive work when they really don't. They told my husband that he needed root canals on his top, front teeth. We have had 3 dentists look at old x-rays and verify that this work was unnecessary. When we told our reconstructive dentist about his experience, he managed to guess who did that to my husband's mouth without us telling him. They are awful and need to be shut down by the state.

Dr. Tibbs and his staff are hands down the best! They worked me in when I had a filling come out and worked with me. I seriously would recommend anyone to this office, they really are the best!

My family lives Rivergate Dental. Each dentist takes excellent care of my children and I when we visit. I highly recommend for new families looking for the right dental practice.

This office was recommended to me from a close friend and they did not disappoint. Very respectful and understanding of my situation, also took great care of me! I would recommend to anyone else who just moved to the Goodlettsville area and looking for a great dentist.

I have been coming to Rivergate Dental for a few years now they always do a really great job keeping my smile pretty! The staff is super friendly and professional, the facilities are clean, and Dr. Tibbs performs all of my dental procedures quickly and painlessly!

I was looking for a professional dentist office in the Goodlettsville area hat takes insurance.. I came across Rivergate Dental.. Very clean, professional, and courteous staff and the kids were happy with the dentists..I strongly recommend this dentist office ..

I went to Rivergate Dental and had an awesome experience as the staff was friendly, and the hygienist made me feel comfortable during my cleaning. Additionally, my appointment started on time, so that was a huge plus for me! Great experience all around.

I Went to Rivergate Dental to get a consult, as I had two cavities filled about 20 years ago that popped out about 10 months ago. At that time I did not have dental insurance, But once I Obtained dental insurance, I made an appointment here. My first red flag with this office was that they had sent me a confirmation text the day prior to my appointment, which I did not see until the morning of my appointment that was scheduled at 3 PM. I replied "confirm" around 8 AM and was told via text message that my appointment I had waited for for over a month had been canceled as a result of my failure to confirm. Nowhere in this message did it state any kind of timeframe in which to reply by. I was able to get in two weeks later and after getting my x-rays done, the dentist told me that I needed to have two root canals done and crowns put on. I had done a lot of research prior to this appointment and the decay was nowhere near the root. I had also experienced very very minimal to zero pain at all. The dentist provided me with a very vague and brief description of a root canal and why It was necessary. He then told me that the technician would run me through the process of getting a root canal. She failed to do so and sent me to the finance person to schedule my appointments for the root canals. Even with insurance, I was going to have to pay over $2000 for this. I had a strange feeling I was being taken vantage of financially, so I decided to get a second opinion. I got my x-ray sent over to a different dentist, Who told me that one of those teeth needed a simple filling replacement, while the other needed only a crown. Long story (not so short), I do not recommend this establishment for dental care.

First time here and staff was very welcoming! I went ahead and scheduled my next appointment 6 months out to make sure we keep these pearly whites looking sharp! Thanks Rivergate Dental!
