Dr. Sookie Hwang, current owner of Riverdale Family Dental, graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry and has been practicing in Philadelphia area and recently moved to New Jersey. She is committed to serve the community providing high quality of gentle dental care in all phases of General/Cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Hwang strive to offer the best dental experience, evidenced by the latest technology, in a paperless state-of-the-art facility.

I've finally found a local family dentist that I love for my kids! The staff are wonderful and Dr. Hwang is gentle and professional. I never have to wait and our appointments are quick and painless. Leanna in reception is so helpful and friendly as well and always willing to walk you through the steps of an upcoming procedure or the care afterwards.

It is the best dentist I ever seen,the Doctor is very good,the staff is excellent and I felt so good to be there, the doctor is great dentist you can trust,very clean office, I recommend this office very much. Don't listen to any of the negative opinions. I left my old dentist to be treated by Family dental in Riverdale, NJ, it was excellent choice never regret it, treated very good. The best dentist in America ?? Maybe so ! After living in LA , Nashville, Troy and NJ with dental issues in all those states I believe this is the best dentist I've gone too in 20 years . From the kind attentive staff to the precision of their anesthesia application and dental techniques, I'm constantly amazed by how easy every visit is . Not only did they save a tooth other offices said was doomed but they're preemptive in fixing things before they get worse

Riverdale Family Dental has been great. I feel comfortable. I usually get anxiety when I have work or cleanings done in my mouth. They are very good with my son which is amazing because kids can be afraid of the dentist. Overall, So very happy with the facility and the staff. 5+Stars from me. Thank you !

I'm a new resident of Riverdale New Jersey. My last dentist office in Yonkers NY , Concerned Dental Care, was awful. I've made appointments that they didn't log. My wife had to wait 6 months for her dentures; this was BEFORE COVID. I was very hesitant to try and find a new dentist due to that experience. Lo and behold, I found the best place I could have ever imagined. From initial making of appointment to procedures I was impressed with the exceptional professionalism and service. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I have found a home.

I took my autistic son for a cleaning. The office was so clean and cozy and the staff was so nice to my son. They did not take long. I highly recommend them.

Amazing place. The lady that cleaned my teeth did such a good job. Usually I leave the dentist in a ton of pain. When I left on Wednesday my teeth actually felt really good. I give this place a 5 out of 5. Everybody there is super super nice. The 2 girls that work in the front go out of there way to make you smile. I highly recommend this place :).

Had a crown break loose. Got me in first thing in the morning, 10 minutes early. Took me right in and fixed me up in 20 minutes.
