I made the appointments in August 23 for November 03. 2 days before the appointments they are telling me to reschedule because they couldn't take more than 1 person from the same insurance and/or the hygienist is not available. I called and confirmed before switching over to the clinic that you take the insurance. They don't care about anyone's time! I confirmed my appointments multiple times over their text messages. I wouldn't recommend it!

This was my first visit to Riverdale family dental. So far so good. I was taken care of promptly (big difference from the last dentist office I've been to...american dental on Fordham road) and professionally. Dental hygienist Beverly was friendly and informative. Dr. Min was also very personable and informative through our brief encounter. He didn't tell me I needed something that I really didn't need just to get money out of my insurance which is something that I personally appreciate. Will return in 6 months

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given a detailed plan of action that let me know exactly what procedures I need done and how much expense I would incur after insurance. Very much appreciated.

I waited for a month to get in to see Dr Glick but figured that I had put off my dental care due to Covid like so many others that, what was one more month? I can say now, after my first visit ( a thorough cleaning and 2 fillings) that the wait was well worth it! I have never had such a comprehensive assessment of my dental health! The office is friendly, efficient and those working with Dr Glick are highly skilled. Also the equipment is "state of the art". Dr Glick is very friendly and open and made sure that I understood all of the things I needed to know to make the best decisions possible for repairing and protecting my teeth. I recommend this practice highly!

The office appears to be safely run and the staff appears to be professional. Dr. Glick did a good job of explaining to me the procedures he planned to complete on this visit. He did the best he cold to minimize my discomfort, and seemed genuinely motivated to make certain the procedure was successful.

I came in very nervous, my fears were layed to rest and everything went smoothly and with pretty much no pain. Ms. Diana was very nice, thoughtful and attentive. She even cleaned my beard for me when I done. I will definitely recommend to my co-workers and friends.

Dr. Glick and staff can write the book on bedside manners! I've never had such a painful dental experience feel so good. In addition, my new smile is so much better than I expected. Quality service from a true craftsman in his field. I recommend them without reservation.

I found Dr. Glick online while searching for a dentist that would both accept my dads insurance and have great service. My dad has had a series of appointments and said he really likes the service. I came to a few of the appointments with my dad to feel out the energy. Dr. Flick's team surpassed my expectations! I then made an appointment for myself. I've had a cleaning and today I had 2 teeth pulled. I had been dreading this for sometime but Dr. Glick made it painless. It's been about 6hrs since the extractions and no pain!! Thanx doc!!

I recently joined Riverdale Family Dental as a new patient after my previous dentist retired. I am so happy I decided to go with this practice. Dr. Glick and his staff are warm, inviting, professional and so knowledgeable. I have had a crown put in and several old fillings switched out. Each time the process was smooth and the dental work was superb. All three of my children are also patients here. RFD are pro's at handling children - they were set at ease and received prizes once they finished their check-ups. I also recently needed to see Dr. Glick for an emergency and he fit me right in. I highly recommend!
